I purchased 2 pairs of the Leather Boots 847. I got a pair of the Dark Brown & a pair of the Yellow Brown both in size 10 medium width which is the size I usually wear. They fit perfect! These are kinda manly looking dress hiking boots that look awesome. Quick metal loop lacing with a zipper on the inner side of your foot on the outside of the boot. You can quickly and easily put the boots on & take off. They have just the right amount of arch support and ample room for your toes without any squeezing. Very comfortable to wear right out of the box. They are 100% leather upper and just the right amount of cushioning on the inside with a little extra cushioning around the top ankle area. I’m impressed. Because they are dressy looking hiking boots I probably won’t wear on a mountain hike but for a day at the zoo or mall shopping they would be awesome! They are light weight. Bottom line…I love them! Time will tell how they hold up but they seem very well made and my impression is that I will get a normal long lifespan out of these boots. These have a very unique design and at a great price of under $60 I doubt you can find a better manly looking dress style hiking boot. I’d wear on a date. I’d wear on a light hike. Heck I’d even wear to church or a semi-formal business meeting or just walking the dogs. I don’t consider these winter boots for extreme cold but great for states that have mild winters, spring and fall climates.

It's been about 2 years since I bought these and I'm still wearing them. They look good, they feel good. The zipper makes them super easy to put on and I now refuse to wear any boots that don't also have a zipper. I like the look of the laces at the front, but I'll be damned if I'm going to tie my shoes every time I wear them! Think I'll buy the matte-finish version of these soon.

The Vostey Men's Boots caught my eye for their versatility, designed to fit the bill as casual boots, motorcycle boots, and even dressy ankle boots. The fit does require some breaking in, but they eventually become quite comfortable. One of the first things you'll notice are the two zippers, one on each side of the boot. Unfortunately, only one of these is functional, which could be a letdown if you're expecting dual functionality. The buckle, while aesthetically pleasing, doesn't add much in terms of utility. Durability is a bit of a mixed bag. The soles have proven to be quite durable, showing minimal wear and tear despite regular use. The pleather upper, however, hasn't fared as well and has started to tear in places. On the bright side, the wax laces have proven to be quite resilient, holding up well over time. Overall, these boots are a comfortable and stylish option, but with some durability concerns and non-functional design elements, they're not without their flaws.

These boots are better in person than the pics. Had these for 6 months now and they are very durable as well as fashionable. 1) colors are different than shown. The Tan is more yellow in person. I love that look so no issue. The dark brown are more chocolate - not what I wanted. 2) They are not work boots, but are a good stand in. I travel to warehouses across the country with no steel toe or slip requirements. These boots work from that standpoint of usability and functionality in offices. Would highly recommend at the $40 price point. 3) Size runs big. I wear a 9.5 but fit the 9 in this brand. And I have plenty of room for heavy socks.

Purchased these as motorcycle riding boots. Great price. I like the zipper feature which makes them easy to put on and take off. The upper shoe lace holders bend creating pant leg catchers so I must occasionally bend them back into place. The boots were initially uncomfortable to wear. They were very tight in the mid foot area. I used a shoe stretcher to expand that area for a couple days which improved their comfort dramatically. I now love the fit. I have noticed however that the sole of the boots is wearing very fast - this is in just a few months of light use. This is surprising because I don’t hike in them. That said, I do walk short distances when at rest stops. The thinning and now almost smooth sole is problematic due to the fact I need good tread to move the bike around in a variety of stable and unstable conditions. I have received compliments on their appearance but I need something more substantial for riding. These boots are more suited for business or evening wear in my opinion, not motorcycle use or hiking for that matter. I will keep these boots for social use as long as the soles hold out, which at my current pace, is not expected to be very long. They look great when polished. I now use a more robust, expensive, and presumably safer boot for motorcycle riding.

I’m very pleased with these boots, and I got them at a great price. They’re a very soft leather, and they look exactly as they did in the picture on Amazon. One of the deciding factors for my purchase, was the zipper on the side of these boots. Some people don’t like the zipper, but the zipper isn’t very obvious, so it doesn’t bother me.
