Make sure when you build the chair to not tighten bolts in first couple steps u til you squeeze in the back rest which swivels down in a folding position. The media could not be loaded. The set is as described and perfect fit for the space I have on my deck. The only issues are the cushions hold a lot of water so they definitely cannot stay outside when raining. Even with extreme heat temperatures they did not dry out unless set upright. I really liked it alot wish it was bigger for our space, it is small great for small space not for a big deck. Could be sturdier but it's good enough for our family. I purchased this set for our newly-installed deck because I wasn't ready to throw thousands down on new deck furniture yet. Now that it's together, it's very pleasing to look at and the chairs are comfortable enough for the price. It took forever to assemble, but once I figured out one chair, the rest were easy. After reading some of the negative reviews, I was getting a bit worried about the "small" size and difficulty assembling. But this set is a perfect size for the average, and slightly larger than average person, and the instructions aren't much more difficult than IKEA's. And both the style and quality of this are just as nice as it appears in the pictures! Can't wait to break this in and see how well it lasts over time. The reason for the 4 stars is because we could tell this was a return, the packaging with all the screws was opened and the wrench piece was missing. All other screws and parts were there, so it didn't pose an issue. Luckily we had a socket wrench kit and we had power tools for the allen key part, which made the assembly process go even faster! ... show more

The table is just as pictured in the photos. It arrived super fast although the boxes were pretty damaged and glass has a couple scratches. I think this is the shipping company’s problem but hard to contact and they washed their hands off so I contacted the seller because it’s who I bought it from. They were beyond fast and fabulous about replying and fixing the problem! Their customer service surpassed my expectations. They offered a couple solutions right away but I opted for them to refund part of my money due to the minor scratches. Table was easy to assemble, it took my husband (alone) like 3 hours. Table looks great, I Love it! Very pleased with product and service. I’d add a picture of how lovely it looks on my deck but it’s been raining every day since we got it! ... show more
