I was pleasantly surprised, shortly after leaving my review, the company/seller took it upon themself to reach out to me via messaging to apologize for the issues that I shared and made an offer to satisfy my concerns, which was more than satisfactory to me given my feedback. Definitely want to give them kudos for their concern and quickly addressing my review, offering a satisfactory resolve. Given the above, it’s nice to know that they actually do care about customer satisfaction and take feedback seriously. Updating my rating according to my follow-up experience and adjusting my original review. I encountered a discrepancy between the product’s title that differed from its actual presentation after arrival. This issue is that the title states the safe is fireproof, but on arrival, it is not fire safe itself, only the bag that’s included is fire safe. I do love the color and the functionality, but I highly advise reading the description and reviewing the ratings/photos prior to purchase to ensure it suits your specific needs. It is a great general lockbox, but will not protect against fire or water. The price too is definitely competitive after having looked at several both on and outside of Amazon. Again, only the envelope is fireproof, not the box itself - it is a good safe/lockbox, though.

Had this safe for about six months still haven’t had to change batteries. Code is easy to put in, and convenient. Light still works perfectly, stays on for about 30 seconds. I use it to store my greens ;) holds more than you think. I can fit like 6-7, 8th jars in there. I will say the code reset button can be annoying , it’s on the door so you can accidentally press it but it’s not a huge downside. I recommend, I was looking for a safe that wouldn’t be easily picked, tampered with. This safe wouldn’t be good for long term/ expensive storage. (Guns etc) a person can literally just grab it and take it. Good for things like medication , family issues really.

Stopped working after a week and a half (don't lose your keys or you won't be able to get into it!); smaller inside measurements than listed due to the battery compartment I'm returning for a .5 cubic ft safe to be sure I can fit the same amount of items that keep falling out of this safe due to be packed in so tightly (they shouldn't have to be). I really hope the new safe keeps working... this one is ridiculous. Luckily, I'm within the return widow. I do like the color of this safe- a salmon pinkish- as it coordinated with the space. I didn't look at the fire envelope, so can't comment on that. The safe is about $30 so as for quality, it's not the greatest. I work in healthcare with kids, and similiar items are good to lock up meds, etc. Anyone who wants to can just grab the whole safe and go, though, so keep that in mind. It's very lightweight.
