I'm blown away at the ease and comfort! No assembly required! If I have one issue, it's the sides where the flaps hang down. This is a stylish looking piece but it is bulky and the boxiness makes it hard to fit in some spaces. It's moderately comfortable but as a chair the back pillow is too little to give good support and you sit way back in it. The change to bed from chair is easy enough, but the bar support for the head doesn't lock and can get knocked out easily. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and design. I got the brown one and it's a really nice color. The Faux leather is truly skin friendly (I did not know what they meant by that) now I get it: it basically does not feel like you are sitting on plastic. I have this in my home office as an ottoman. But I like to have family over, so it also allows me to convert my office into a guest room over the holidays. I recommend this for small spaces and large ones alike. if you are getting an ottoman, why not have a pull out too!? Key pros: well made nice design truly versatile comfortable no funny smell Constructive feedback: Maybe some handles in the side of the box for moving. this was really our own bad, but we tried to cut a hole in the side of the box to be able to move it inside, and though we were careful, we cut some of the fabric (but it's in an inconspicuous part. phew!) ... show more

I'm very happy with my new ottoman & new guest bed. It looks good & functions well as a coffee table with a tray on top, as an extra chair and as a guest bed that disappears in the daytime. Its very heavy, so moving it around isn't as easy as I could wish. However, within hours of delivery, we've used it for all three functions. The black faux leather looks fine. This item arrived with a huge tear. I contacted vonanda as per Amazon instructions when clicked "damaged or defective" and they said since it was purchased on Amazon contact them. So I did, they said I can return the item but they won't send a replacement. I said I don't even want to return it I'll deal with the damage can I just get a partial refund? They said no. It doesn't fit in my car, I can't find a box big enough to ship it, and the return shipping is gonna be $$$ so now I guess I'm stuck with a huge rip. Thanks a lot. If the item was intact I'd give it 5 stars because it's comfortable and versatile. But this is a major headache. It's too big to sit on comfortably let alone use as a lounger. The back is too short, can't rest your head on it as it only goes up to your upper back. The only use it really has is a an ottoman and a bed which won't be comfortable as it's really hard. It's oversized and misleading. I'm VERY disappointed! Too heavy for me to return (60 lbs). It's wide enough for 2 people. On the good note it's good quality but I'd prefer zippers, not scotch lock! ... show more
