My boyfriend ordered this through my account. It arrived earlier than expected so that was awesome. He assembled it quickly and asked me to try it out. It looks like most computer chairs so I sat down expecting nothing special, but woah....back massager engaged. "I wish I could lean back in it though since this massage is so relaxing" I mentioned to him. He leaned the chair back and...wtf...a foot rest popped out of nowhere too?! Ok..I'm not moving. He gave me a look and asked if i was ever going to get out of HIS new chair (hahahaha...his chair...) so he could get back to coding. I rolled the chair up to the computer, but since I was all relaxed and leaning back I couldnt get close enough until...he adjusted the arm rests lower. Is this thing a body conforming, magical transformer/masseuse chair?! Anyway, we are now going to *finally* order him a new chair for his office. I LOVE MY new chair! ... show more

First, it is very easy to assemble. I spent about 30 minutes to finish. It comes with a pair of good quality gloves, which is a surprise. For the chair itself, it is very good. My first impression is that there is no chemical odor at all. I love that! The material is very premium. Very soft and comfortable touch. The wheels move very smoothly. Back support is good. The low back support has massage function, which is very nice. If I have to give a suggestion to the manufacturer, I will suggest them to make armrests bigger. Current armrests are fine, but I believe that it will be more comfortable if they can make it bigger. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The chair looks good and stylish. Thats about the only good thing about it. Im not sure how people have left so many good reviews, because I only used it for TWO full days for work (apprx 20hrs) and the truth is that my butt was hurting!!! The seat is really stiff and hard, I would have probably be better off by sitting on the carpet floor. I didnt want to deal with the return but I have no option, I need a different more comfortable chair. See the picture I included, and a video... only two days and you can see how the seat padding has collapsed and the indentation.... this one is going back, I want my money back and a will buy something else. ... show more

    • Poorly designed "Ergonomic" chair
I bought this chair for my home office and it's truly terrible. The "Ergonomic" design is not existing. I do NOT understand how this chair has so many positive reviews taking in consideration the fact that it doesn't support back and neck the way it should. The neck pillow is too stuffed, making the person hunch. Also the sitting part in extremely long, so it's meant more for tall people (which is not mentioned anywhere). This chair made by back hurt again, after physical therapy! It's better to spend more money buying better chair than getting this one and later spending thousands getting your back fix! The only good thing about this chair: it was fairly easy to assemble. But that's it. ... show more

    • I really want to give it 5 stars, but there's just one problem.

So everything about this chair is great, but I have found that it only reclines to about a maximum of 120 degrees and not the advertised 135 degrees. At first, I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried to readjust part of my assembly, but it wasn't that. I can live with 120 degrees and still use it to rest though; it's just not the most preferred. However it is still: *A great value. A chair that is just over 100 bucks at Costco will get you a mesh seat and back and rolling legs with no reclining abilities or footrest, whereas I paid just a bit more for a very cushioned seat and back and extra head, lumbar support pieces, a footrest, and reclining abilities. *It was easy to assemble with only minor difficulties because I'm not that experienced with self-assembly, but I got it all put together very well in under 25 minutes or so. *Versatile. It's a gaming chair, but you can use it to relax, sleep (if you have slept while sitting), meditate, watch movies, hang out, eat, think, work, whatever. *It looks good. I love how they accented it with a different color to complement the black. As a disclaimer: Don't let your larger-than-average friends or family use this chair. It supports only a maximum of 250 pounds, so I'd be careful about even letting a 240-pound individual use it frequently because that can cause wear and tear much more quickly overtime. I am built slim and light, and I know it would last many decades with someone built like me. ... show more

I bought this chair for myself. It's an amazing gaming chair, including tools to assemble, even gloves included. So sweet. LOL. Used just 15 minutes to assemble. I put it in my bedroom. The wheels are very convenient. I wrote this review after using for three days. My arms not feel tried after playing for few hours because of its armrests. Highly recommend! ... show more
