Great plane for beginners, had multiple great flights with this P40. Fly it in minimal to no wind. Unfortunately, while flying my plane, the plane lost signal with controller and kept flying til I lost sight of it, and never saw it land. The plane is now missing in action. Will buy another!

I have been flying for about three years now and have moved on to 80mm EDF, but still like zooming around our local park with these small planes. I bought this one for my 8 year old son who likes WWII history and wanted to try flying. In "Beginner" mode he's able to keep it in the air without much trouble. Be warned though, if this is a first RC plane, it will crash. But repairing planes is part of the hobby. There are better first planes such as the Hobby Zone Sport Cub S2, which can fly slower and much more forgiving to inexperienced thumbs. ... show more

Excellent plane for beginners. its gyro aided flight is really good and a life saver. Surprisingly, for being so small it still flies like a spitfire. The quality is really good and crash resistant. With that said the plastic clamp that holds the prop on, will wear down after a few crashes. So i recommend gluing the prop on with some Shoe goo glue after a few crashes. the shoe goo is flexible so you can pull it off, but strong enough to hold the prop on. I also recommend buying 2 to 4 more batteries for this. you will want more after flying this thing for the first time. ... show more

After 8 times trying I broke propes after props After so many crush 10 th was Worst I lost p40 plane I couldn’t control after 30 second and it went higher and higher wind may be push Hi Side I wish I put my phone number on it But still can go someone roof or hang on tree I don’t know my kids filling so sad I’m 44 years old and couldn’t control how kids can fly ? Anyway that was worst day when you looking to find about 1 hour to find Whit family they all sad If you don’t have experience you have to think twice what you buying this is nothing to do with quads experience I look youtubers how they advertise I was exited but I was wrong ... show more

Don't BUY! Beware! Overpriced AND extremely LOW quality product! Mine didn't even work! It was broken from the start! I have been into R/C Cars and Planes since 1980s... Built many of my own Balsa Gliders.... I bought this for my nephew.... I put it together as directed ...Started it up and immediately started to turn and hit the wall... The Ailerons on this plane are cheaply made and designed.... They get stuck and have lots of foam debris on it which interfere with flight and function... With many modifications I think I could of actually flown this thing...but for almost $150 I was expecting more!! This should be priced at $20 in a discount store!! Just a bad product and overpriced! Don't get it! ...They didn't give me a Refund yet! Still waiting! I will update this review when that happens! ... show more

Really fun and easy to fly. I crashed it a lot my first few times taking it out, but it was easy to get the hang of it after a few sessions. Looks great in the air!
