I got the size 10 Vofiw wetsuit for my 10 year old son to wear for swimming in the chilly waters we have here in the Pacific Northwest summertime. Based on his measurements, the size 10 provides a snug, performance fit without restricting movement - great for being active in cold temps. The 3mm neoprene thickness balances flexibility with warmth retention during ocean swims. He stays comfortable wearing this in our frigid waters. The front zipper is very tricky to get on and off compared to back zip options though. The tight fit combined with the front zip requires lots of wiggling and assistance dressing. Aside from the difficult front zipper, the size 10 suit works well for keeping my son warm while swimming in our cold local waters. I wish it was a back zip design, but the size and thickness are ideal for PNW ocean temperatures.

My kids started swimming lessons at 3 and 4 at a community pool during the winter. The swim instructor suggested getting them wet suits so that they were not so cold and since then we have always kept a wet suit in the closet. Our pools open in May and it takes until mid-June for the water to really warm up. But they are just fine with wet suits. And we have kayaks, and they like to jump in and swim around from those and again, this is great for that. I know they do not want wet suits when it is 90 degrees out, but the side benefit of wet suits is the sun protection. And the sun can still burn you when it is 60 degrees. This suit is well constructed. There are nice features like little rubber strips at the wrists to keep them in place. The cord is long enough that they can pull it and get themselves out of it. (Although my 8 year old struggles to get the zipper closed on his own. My 9-year old (same size) has no problems. We have two of these in the same size, just with different color accents to tell them apart.

This is a good looking wetsuit. It seems to be true to size, but is very snug. I think it's supposed to be snug though. My only complaint is the zipper seems like it doesn't go high enough and I feel like it will unzip. There's no velcro or anything to secure it at the top like other wet suits have. The zipper also has comparatively fine teeth. I prefer a bit chunkier teeth to ease zipping it up. It doesn't seem quite as durable as it is. However, despite the zipper issues, it's a good looking wet suit and my daughter thinks it's awesome!

My six year old grandson loves my inground pool. The only problem is that the weather has been on the cool side this spring and the water temperature has not budged above 70 degrees. I ordered this wetsuit so he could enjoy the pool before it warms up this summer. The suit fits him well, but I would recommend going a bit larger since the neoprene runs a bit small and tight. Also, putting corn starch baby powder in the suit will make it easier to put on. The suit kept him warm and he spend hours in the pool with the suit on. Overall, this is a great wetsuit that comes at a very reasonable price.

Our local pool is COLD! To the point where my daughter has to wear a wet suit for swim class. This one is super cute and tightens around the writs and ankles to really keep the water out. It has an extra little lining or buffer - like a seal. It’s legit. And it cute.

SO WHEN I SAW THIS I THOUGHT IT WOULD MAKE A GREAT GIFT. AND IT DID FOR SHE HAS WORE IT EVERYDAY SINCE SHE HAS HAD IT. MY SISTER SAYS IT IS EASY TO GET ON AND OFF. I WOULD ORDER AGAIN.
