For the price, it handled well over the floor I have and so light weight. Maybe not as comfortable to sit in for long periods but it’s suitable for my purposes.

My husband accidentally broke the Walker that my mother-in-law was using when she comes over to our house to visit and so I had to get her this one instead. This is such an upgrade already in Comfort alone not even including how user friendly it is to get put together and how sturdy it is. This came well packed and secured with all the correct pieces and parts. The instructions were easy to read and it was very simple to get fully put together and ready to go. Everything was exactly as described to be and fit in place exactly as expected! Very pleased by how well it rolls but how sturdy it is and stays easily planted on the ground so the senior citizen in your life doesn't have to worry about falling. This is 100% true to the ad so be sure you look over everything even down to the measurements just so you can be sure that it is a perfect match for your needs. As long as you do that you're good to go no complaints whatsoever definitely have to give this a solid 10 out of 10! Great quality products and worth every penny

My elderly mother, who lives with me, has been experiencing mobility issues and we've been looking for a safe and reliable rollator for her to use daily. I recently received the Z11 Rollator and our experience has been mostly positive so far. The rollator arrived in parts in a rectangular box and does need to be assembled. I was a little intimidated by all the parts at first, but the instructions, which came in numerous languages, were fairly easy to follow, and assembly proceed simply with one big issue. When the legs are attached to the frame, there is a large grey knob and screw that has to be inserted and tightened for the attachement. The knobs are all supposed to fit on the outside of the unit. However, one of the holes was drilled too large, so when I inserted the screw, it almost fell inside the tube frame and would not stay put. The head of the screw was smaller than the hole. So I had to install the screw backwards and put the knob on the wrong side - the inside. Other than that problem, assembly and use has been good. The rollator feels sturdy, and has a nice wide side and supportive backrest, unlike some models that just have a bar across the backrest area. The brakes work well and my mom has no trouble walking with the rollator. Overall, I think this a good, safe choice but I would make sure there are no manufacturing defects before assembling.

This VOCIC Z11 rollator has been a solid, practical walker for my use case. I originally worried that the lightweight build might feel flimsy, but it turned out to be sturdy and stable once assembled. Assembly was fairly straightforward, but if you have arthritis, limited hand strength, or reduced range of motion, you will probably want someone to help with setup. After that, it is easy to adjust the handle height and get it ready for different users. The seat is comfortable for short breaks, and the cushion feels supportive without being too soft. That matters because it is easier to sit down and stand back up without feeling like you sink in. Overall, it feels like a strong value for the price and it is convenient to keep on hand. I mainly use it for elderly parents when they visit so I do not have to haul their heavier walker with seat back and forth.
