5% of advertised power… Thank you Amazon for Refunding… This item must have been defective if not this item must be removed from Amazon $350 is allot The display appears to be around 18.9 V, 1.09 A, and only about 20–21 W output, which is roughly 5% of the panel’s rating.

400w? I don't think so.

I haven't been able to get anywhere close to 400w. Most days about 80-100w max. I find these panels a little clunky and heavy. They do work and haven't had any other issues after 3 months of daily use.

Three stars is a fair review for a panel which only made about 60 percent of the rated 400 watts. This product also a little difficult to set up. But if it had made anywhere close to its power rating, I would have kept them.
