This mattress is definitely on the softer side. If you need a firm mattress to be comfortable this is not for you. With that being said it’s not super soft, just not super supportive. We use it in our guest room and it is perfect for a few nights sleep.

DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS!!!! ALMOST 2 MONTHS WITH THIS AWFUL MATTRESS & THE SELLERS DONT CARE TO ADDRESS THE CONCERNS AT ALL! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! ———-——— Original review I’ve bought several beds on Amazon and never regretted one! I read thru all of the reviews and figured this was the bed for me! NOPE! I feel like the bed they sent me must have been sitting in storage for years curled up in that little box. It’s been here a week and the ends are still sagging! It looks like it hasn’t fully unfurled. I have to sleep with at least 3 pillows under my head to avoid that slope going down. I can’t flip the mattress because the other side is metal springs! I haven’t slept since I got it! I’m super uncomfortable. Worst part is that I can’t even return it because I’m a single mom with zero support and no one to help bring it down without paying an arm and a leg to do it! This is the most disappointed I’ve ever been in a product. You’d have to see with your own eyes that it had a serious arch and edge support is non existent!!! I’m not happy! There is nothing plush or soft about this bed! It’s pure torture. I’m mad at myself for changing my mind with my original purchase and going with this one. HUGE MISTAKE! Even worse, I reached out to seller and NOTHING! I’m done!!!!! Buy at your own risk but I would urge you to go with “amazons top choice”, slightly cheaper and ACTUALLY PLUSH AND COMFY!! The media could not be loaded. Comes with nice packaging. Mattress is super heavy maybe 30kg. So find someone if you need to take it to upstairs. It fit’s nicely to the queen size bed frame. At expands so quickly as soon as i cut the sealed bag. Within a minute I would say it expanded more than 90%. The feel and firmness is great. It smells nice. Looks premium. Great value for the money.
