I am so happy with this refurb!! It came packed up perfectly and in it's original packaging with all parts and accessories! Honestly it looks BRAND new like it had never been taken out of the box before, there are absolutely no signs of refurbishment! The picture quality is vibrant and crisp, tv and video games from my PS4 look amazing! It looks even better once you adjust the picture settings a little, there are a lot of options and it's super easy to do. The remote is very responsive and easy to use! The sound isn't perfect but it's not bad at all, I don't mind it! I love this tv and for $199 it really can't be beat! I would definitely buy again!

I bought this refurbished Vizio because we have previously bought 4 brand new ones, and I find the cost and picture quality of Vizio quite excellent. This refurbished TV looked brand new and the pic quality was stunning. Super easy set up. I planned on installing my old Roku to it but the TV came preloaded with chromecast. BAM! DONE! No brainer purchase at $199 for this 40 inch. I feel like i stole it!

Do not trust these renewed items, the sellers make absolutely no attempt to show that these were even inspected, let alone refurbished. My TV arrived in an old box held together by what I assume is second hand tape. Pulling the TV out, no glaring issues, then I plugged it in and I could see that it had been shattered like a dinner plate. Save your time and money, just buy a brand new one.

TV worked great the first day. Next morning, it wouldn't come on. Called and did all the trouble shooting I could. I'm trying to get a replacement. Hopefully the company will be responsive.

I wanted a wider screen TV than what I had. I didn't really know what a Smart TV was, but I like that I can get some free shows through my Wi-Fi. Also I can cast YouTube videos through the TV, and use the HDMI to connect to my laptop. I'm sure there are other features I haven't started to use yet, so it is fun learning about my new TV.
