I used the product for almost 90 days and a "buzzing" noise started from the back of the TV. I boxed the TV and attempted to return the set and was told by UPS-FEDEX that the set was too large for them to accept. I tried to get further help on return shipping (which in this case is customer responsibility) for 3 days to call the phone number that was listed by Amazon and was put on hold for 1 1/2 hrs. the 1st time before I hung up, 2nd and 3rd attempts 1 hr. before hanging up. Long story short If you order and inferior product from amazon and it is to large or heavy from my experience it is impossible to return for a refund as advertised by THEIR POLICY, so they screwed me for $559.00. ... show more

I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with this tv. I use it for gaming and watching movies. No lag. I issues with sound. The color is amazing on this model as well.

    • If it’s Broken, Fix It
Amazon contracts with other companies for products. This product was sold 3 times before I received it. The set shut off after 10 minutes. Then started and shut-off again. Warranty was out and I ended up paying several hundred dollars to ship it back because it wasn’t an Amazon product.

The TV had a thick black line going up the middle of the screen. Also the bottom of the screen seems to be separating from the outline of the tv. And the VISO symbol in the bottom right corner is well worn. I does not look like this tv was lightly used.
