Buddy of mine said he'd purchased many items via the Amazon Renewed Warehouse and had no issues so gave it a go. Great TV, everything has worked perfectly so far (had for only a few months now). Picture quality, especially when viewing 4k Blu Rays on an actual 4K Blu Ray player (not upscaling) is unreal. It initially came with two Left side TV stand mounts and how these are designed they were not interchangeable.     • Tv was broke upon receiving. No Space command or power cord.
This product was sent with a Burnt spot on the tv screen and frame. No space command or power cord was provided so I couldn't even test the TV. Not even giving 1 star for sending out a non working TV in a box with no other equipment.

This tv surprised me. I didnt expect it to be as nice as it is. The picture quality is great, albeit dark at times. The smart featurea are great and make it easy to use.

I was a bit worried, reading reviews that happened to show up right after my order had been shipped. I kept reading about cracked screen issues, and mine was being shipped all the way to a military installation in Kuwait, so I just knew mine would sustain damage. I was wrong. It arrived in flawless condition, the picture is great (though not quite as crisp as I had expected. I've seen some 1080p TV's clearer than this 4K), settings are simple, and the sound is not bad for TV speakers. My only issue is not being able to get the ARC function to work using an Onkyo TX-NR696 home theater receiver. All in all though, for the money, I'd have to say you can't beat this TV. ... show more

    • A Politically Biased TV? Yes. Believe it or not.
I bought this TV from an extended warranty on my TV which crapped out. It was no longer available so I spent extra money and got this model. I did not figure that a smart tv wouldn't let you delete installed apps and add your own instead but that is the case here and it's by design (it's spelled out in the manual that came with it). But here's what completely mystified me. This TV came pre-loaded with FOX, OAN, Newsmax and two other right wing channels I have never even heard of and only CNN for balance, no MSNBC. Why the f*** would a TV come preloaded with such an obvious slanted collection of apps from any side of the political divide? As far as it being renewed is concerned, the manual spells out that even though you can't add apps, you can cast your favorite apps from your laptop, tablet or smart phone, but the casting frequently cuts out, a problem I didn't have with my other TV. You might have to re-cast as much as four times an hour and sometimes even more. It's very maddening. Thankfully, Amazon is allowing a return with a very generous return time. My new TV will arrive in a few days, well before I have to return this one which I'll be sure to return this ASAP, so I won't have to watch TV from my laptop again. Maybe none of this is an issue with other Vizio models but this has turned me off Vizio. ... show more

This tv is the bomb! I have it installed high on my wall at an angle and the picture is amazon. The smart features are great as well. I really don’t need cable anyone. The tv comes with its own online tv channels.
