Eh. It's ok. I wish it was a bit sturdier. For some reason the middle bars keep popping out and for that reason i only put 1 pot per shelf. So i don't really think it was worth it. Which of course makes me very sad. Other than that it was incredibly easy to put together so if you're looking for something simple for a child to get started to gauge their interest this might be the item for you.

I needed something to protect my more tender plants from the two months of relative cold we get in central California, but it had to have a small footprint as my yard is tiny. Enter this greenhouse. It has the footprint I wanted and was easy to assembly though the topmost metal rod wants to pop off and the racks don't sit flush on the supports. I tied all of the above in place with twine which keeps things from shifting while plants are loaded on. The plastic outer cover ships inside out for some unfathomable reason and aside from three ties (two near the bottom front and one for the door) doesn't securely attach to the frame. The plastic isn't sturdy enough to grommet to add more ties so I tucked the bottom beneath the shelves themselves. My unit is against a block wall which helps with wind buffering, but given the sturdy blows we get here I rigged up a paracord external retaining net and staked it to the ground with foot long spikes with washers on them. So far so good and it is noticeably warmer inside than outside. I have mounted a shop light to the bottom rack to add heat for the nights when the temperature drops below freezing. Hopefully this will last for a couple of seasons, but the ad copy flat out lies when it calls this robust.

This was the perfect greenhouse to start my seedlings in. We use it inside in our sunroom and added some shop lights for grow lights. For under $100 I was able to have the perfect set up. If using it outside I would recommend weighing it down or putting it somewhere a little safer from the elements because I’m not sure it would stand up to high winds. But for what you’re paying for it it’s a great starter greenhouse for the price !

Bought this item on December 17 and it was delivered on the 19th (when it was projected to arrive December 29th). Arrived and it was so easily to assemble, but the only down fall was it was missing one metal rod! ( I have to contact them to send me that piece). I put heavy bins on it (weighing about 20~40pounds each and its super sturdy. Great quality and retains heat. I have the green house in a tent (also by Vivosun) and my tent is 74 degrees, but in my green house its about 78. Buy this item you will not regret it! I only rated it 4 stars because of that missing piece, but I am sure it will get sorted and I will bump it up to 5 stars.

For the price this is great greenhouse. I use on my small condo patio and its wonderful for my herbs lettuces I grow. Didn't have to take plants in on cool spring nights. Easy to put together, sturdy for the type of construction- if you adhere to the recommended weight limits per shelf and put heaviest pots on the bottom.

Bought to winter potted plants that we did not have room to bring in house. The metal shelf is not super sturdy but we’re fine for size pots we were using. Put heaviest pot on bottom.

Just so you are well aware, this product is mostly made out of plastic, but it is pretty sturdy. The guard rails are well reinforced and seems like it can handle a good amount of weight. I am really excited to start planting early in the spring and hope this product will hold up. Will update my review in May!!
