the battery inside large 12vdc 10ah lead acid sealed battery mine came fully charged, 12.64vdc. is that. I need this for top of ladder work to put chems + water far up grade 1slope huge roof, black mildew treatment. if too heave I use only 1 gallon of water, at a time. your call , your fitness. to replace the battery , this one is 6-DMZ-10 (2hr) , sealed lead acid, with screw terms. not fastons, but could be modified to use more common batteries sold in USA for UPS power systems, VRLA battery. 12v-10hr easy. and cheap. battery size is 6.875L, 3.875W, and 3.875 tall. there is 1inch more room on top of battery. the fully charged battery with charger on, is 13v, proving floating the battery correctly. there is beeper module inside to beep at 10.5vdc low battery, best is stay above 11 and 12.6v best of all for longer battery life, (keep it charged) the charger is 3stage and green LED means fully charged, per manual. the reason i used this rig, is distance, only for max squirting, stream mode, not spray cone. NO AC power cord working. and max distance, for sure a expensive pressure waster works best but in net to have correct chem mix as most pressure washers can not do under $350 bucks. hand pumps are weak and a danger up on ladders, wow. charge time from 50% SOC is about 2.5 hours. (5ha div, 2amp =) do not run the unit if it beeps, charge it first. or damage to battery can happen,. last what is a good NEW cheap battery , to use search at amazon for one that is super common, just needs new F2 tabs. (modified) screw top batteries are not easy to find like this. (lawn mower battery yes but are too tall) ExpertPower 12V 12AH Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) || LW-6FM12S, LHR12-12, HR1251W, GPS12-12F2 and BP12-12 Replacement Battery Black EXP1212 used in vast UPS power backup and in emerg. lighting systems , making them low price, for commonality. they keep deleting my personal photos, here. but I did get my roof done today, the top of roof huge is 41foot run from gutter up. i got 30ft of that done , and used water balloons to it the last small section. roof here is 29foot rise and run. removing the nylon whirly gig inside red nozzle I can spray out 29 feet or a tad more. photo of this washer whily gid above. next to a quarter coin. uSA. this gig device, is very restrictive, remove it. I love this sprayer, PS: can even turn it on or off, (switch) up high on a ladder left hand action, arthritis and all. run time is 5hours. to 1/2 charge, going farther invites battery damage.

Read this with a grain of salt because I am seriously displeased. I RARELY write a negative review because I figure if it is working for others, great. I don't want to tank someone's business. If you read the other reviews, you'll see that this works well for most of the people who bought and reviewed it It did not work well for me. Customer Service: I posted two questions for the seller 3 days ago in preparation for use. Got nothing. The sprayer was all good until I got to the wand. Spray was going out the nozzle, and leaks were coming back me. I stopped the spray that was coming back at me with double "O" rings. Shouldn't have to do that. I tried every nozzle. You can switch nozzle, but you cannot adjust these. In my cheapo pump unit, in my hand held spray bottles, I can crank down the nozzle to get a mist or open it up to get a stream and everything in between. With this, you get the nozzle. I am spraying some nasty stuff to kill rampaging blackberry vines. Each of the nozzle gave me a LOT of mist. I cannot have this the poison I'm spraying drifting around my family orchard or the commercial orchards on either side of me turned into a mist. I need to be able the spray to be heavy enough not to mist. I tried to figure a way to decrease the pressure and failed. I tried hooking my cheapo unit wand up to this unit, but I could see this unit has fine threads and my cheapo unit has course. I was ready to fall in love with not having to pump, but two hours later, I packed it away. I didn't spend this much money to have to adapt and make do. If the manufacturer or anyone else can tell me what I might be doing wrong, I'll rewrite this.

Works GREAT !! We have several of these sprayers. Generally can spray 2 tank full tanks on one charge. Sprays really far. Big filling spout with screen.

We bought this product to water our plants after using a watering can for quite a while. So with little to compare to....we were pleasantly surprised! The flow of water is perfect in my opinion. I read some previous reviews about broken parts or bad nozzles but that wasn't my experience at all. The onlyyy setback I see with this product is the weight. And realistically, it is to be expected for an electric sprayer. Luckily, once you get it on your back, it is comfortable. I, at first tried to water just carrying it and setting it down to spray but that's clearly not how it's intended to be used. Overall, good product and would buy again.

The two things I dislike about pump backpack sprayers is the awkwardness of pumping pressure up in the tank and the too brief period after pumping the tank that you have steady, sustained spray pressure. This product solves both problems. No need to pump and the pressure stays consistent through out it's use. I had thought it might be unwieldy due to its dry weight of nearly 18 pounds (much of it due to the lead battery). Filled with 4 gallons of water that comes to around 50 pounds. After using it more, however, I have decided hat I would rather tolerate the weight rather than have to remove it from my back, refill it and return it to my back four times. I bought this product almost two years ago. About one month ago, I was going to use it to spray some weed killer and noticed the pump was not working. I was afraid the issue was going to be an expensive battery, but a $10 switch from Ace Hardware did the trick.

Welp! Looks like I will be returning the product. Unfortunately this is a disappointment. I received the product today and opened it. The box inside the main box was wet. The packaging for the sprayer appeared to be cut on both sides. When I opened the box, the sprayer was used and had some wear and tear already. The accessories under the cap was also wet with residual water in the tank. I have to return this item because I don’t know what kind of chemicals was used before hand. Such a disappointment!! Come on!!!
