  • Two years now, very happy with this pump.
Style: 130W; 3567GPH
This replaced and Aquascape 2000 pump which cost almost 5 times as much and is rated at 2,000 gallons per hour. The Aquascape has been reliable and required one impeller in approx. 6 years usage. The VIVOSUN 3567 fit exactly perfectly in it's place, requiring no different adaptors/fittings whatsoever. Easy! Immediately noticed the VIVOSUN 3567 pumps more water than the old pump but cannot vouch for the accuracy of the 3,567 gallons per hour claim. Seems very well built and operates virtually silently. It's been running 24/7 for a month now and seems flawless. In the future, will add to this review to report any issue or to declare my undying love for this pond pump! Two years later, adding to this review. This pump is still silent and flowing big. Delighted with this purchase. ... show more

  • Worked great while it lasted.
Style: 130W; 3567GPH
Purchased this in December of 2020, and it went out yesterday July 12th 2023. Includes 1 year warranty so well out of that range unfortunately. I had this attached to a 300 Gallon Acrylic Aquarium plumbed underneath in a sump setup with 3 feet of lift and it worked extremely well with a decent flow rate while it worked. Yesterday it just stopped working correctly. It is still running but no longer has the power to actually move the water up into the aquarium, and is only getting around 1 foot total of lift from the water pressure. Removed it from the setup and checked to make sure it was not clogged or blocked and found no issues at all, manually everything still seems to spin fine with nothing appearing to be off, but as soon as it is plugged in it just no longer has any power. I know things do not last forever, but I am still disappointed as I replaced a pump that worked fine for 10 years with this one, and then only received 1/3rd the life from it. ... show more

  • Decent small pond pump for the money
Style: 130W; 3567GPH
The media could not be loaded. Smaller than I expected which is a good thing and it's pushing twice the flow my old pump was although I don't know about 3,000+ gph. But I may need to flush the old hoses out. It makes a pretty two stage waterfall. Don't know yet for longevity but construction looks very simple and sturdy. One drawback is the top mounted port, would have been better mounted on the side but I can live with it. I would not recommend it for keeping water clean in a pond larger than maybe 2,000 gallons though but if you just want it to power a water feature with other filtration, it works. Addendum: see the video after I flushed the hose out. Pump is 12 feet away and pushing through a canister filter behind the waterfall. ... show more

  • cord short, works great as secondary pump
Style: 130W; 3567GPH
The media could not be loaded. At certain times of year storms and leaf drop really screw up my pond and my main pump (4500 gph x 3 36"uv lights) just can't keep up. Rather than re-plumb the whole thing, which I don't need 11 months of the year, I take another pump, wrap polishing cloth over it and tie with a bungee and drop it in. It gives me more circulation/aeration and cleaning to keep things right that one time of year when things start to get odd. I got this one after my other secondary finally bit the dust. So far, it's working good. My only complaint is that the cord is short and I have to run an extension cord to it which I hate for many reasons...aesthetics, rain, etc. It comes with adapters which I don't need so can't tell you much about them. As you can in my video, from about 18" down it can still push the water above the surface. So far, I'm happy with it. ... show more

  • Quality and Efficient
Style: 130W; 3567GPH
Used this pump to drain a nasty unkept fountain pond filled with debris. Pump is super quiet and strong. I purchased a mesh bag for the pump to prevent debris clogging and a 14ft tube/hose to drain the scum water away. Great quality pump. worth it.

  • Okay
Style: 130W; 3567GPH
Worked great for a month. Somehow the plastic cage cover warped. I am not sure how that could happen since it is a very thick plastic and it is not touching the sides or bottom of the pond. I am unable to bend it back since I’m afraid it will snap. This small indent caused my mesh case to get sucked in and made a hole. This hole let in grass that got tangled in the motor. I was able to get it out and back to working normally but inconvenient. It does pump the water nicely for 800 gal. Hopefully the maintenance will be minimal. ... show more
