Test your hydrometer before you use it, as you can see most of the other small hydrometer are correct, this two I bought are about 10% RH off that is a lot. This was 3 month ago so I cannot return them but this is a no go. I replaced the batteries and re tested them and still they are way off. Please spend your money wisely this are not so good for measuring RH or room humidity. Also wanted to point out there is no way to calibrate these. Touch screen is ok it works fine.

I used this thermometer because it always feels like 100 degrees in my room in the summer. I just bought an Window ac unit and wanted to see what the actual temperature was, and how low it would drop it. I used this thermometer to measure the temperature and its been pretty good. I think it's accurate, definitely more accurate than the alarm clock that I also purchased from Amazon. Touch screen seems a little finicky and honestly i haven't touched it since i set it the first time. Product needs some sort of back light option to see it in the dark. Its hard to see in low light.

So far this has helped me dial in my environment nicely. When I went to pull out the kickstand panel to stand upright my hinges broke :( I fixed with a little crazy glue, but I tend to be too aggressive so maybe it won't break for you.

Seems to work well in my hermit crab tank, although time will tell how long it can withstand salty environments. The bottom right touch screen button to change from 24 hours to all time data doesnt work for me. I dont use it, but that's a little annoying. Overall satisfied

Easy to see from across room. Accurate and picks up differences in different areas of the same room. Have cacti in same room as other water needy plants, but hygrometer indicates it's a drier area.
