If you had both in the same room you would noice their numbers change during the day indicting they are fairly sensitive and seem to be quite accurate depending on whether or not they are near a humidifier!

These are the perfect room temperature/humidity gauge. Perfect size to set on a counter or dresser. They have a counter top stand attached so you can move them around from room to room. They come with built in battery so are good to go right out of the box. Do pay attention to the instructions for calibration. It only takes a few minutes for it to "catch up" with the room you have it in and it's automatic, you don't have to do anything, just be patient for a couple minutes and it will adjust. There is more than 1 whole degree of difference between the two thermometers. They warn you about that in the manual that comes with. Makes me wonder how accurate everything else is. Heck, there is that much difference on the old mercury thermometers depending how you squint at them. They use a commonly found larger size of button battery that lasts about a year. With two, it's nice to have one to stick in your refrigerator (clean the coils off if it is not cold enough) or other places to monitor heat. Definitely nice and easy to read. ... show more
