This item is all plastic. The heavy orange plastic is durable but heavy. The 2 gallon capacity provides a lot of spray between refills. The sprayer suffers from several performance issues. It is all plastic with lots of places to leak. It will unless well tightened. They also tend to come loose, especially the top piece that holds the pump and provides the funnel opening. Be sure you get it really tight and locking and unlocking the pump can make it loose. The pressure release can be bumped and release the pressure. This is also a good way to remove residual pressure before opening to refill. The nozzle does not put out a uniform spray pattern at all settings I have tried. Lastly the body is NOT translucent enough to make the volume marks useful. Standard mix weed killer is invisible through the thick dark orange walls even if the sprayer is set in the low sun shining through from the back side. I use a popular broad leaf weed killer that is light brown in color and it was not visible in the tank. Marks cannot be seen through the filler hole. I would not recommend this sprayer if one that is truly translucent or at least white is available. ... show more

I can pump spray an entire room easily with this thing without buying a professional carpet pump. The only dislike is trying to lock in the pump in the down position, it's a little finicky at times. The nozzle doesn't move freely and doesn't seem to have good position in between jet and mist. But i hate refilling these, so having a giant pump is awesome ... show more

This is much easier on my hands to spray vs traditional weed killer with cheap sprayer attached. The spray is reasonably strong and I like the straps.

Used to spray weed killer. Used one time. Performed well. No leaks . adjust well for fine spray or jet. Happy with so far . time will tell. Comes with extras to rebuild if leakes come later.

I bought this as a "used" , but clearly brand new. It does not come with written instructions but does have a printed diagram on it's side. Its kinda self explanitory. Works ok, not great but for me it's much better than a trigger handle.
