Like many others, my husband and I put on quite a few extra pounds throughout the last year and we’ve finally come to the conclusion to start doing something about it. This power tower is a great addition to our home gym along with a bike, some yoga equipment and a punching bag and is definitely more convenient than having to go to the gym after work. The quality is very decent for the price and hubby had no problems putting this together fairly quickly. It is a bit lighter in weight than what I expected, but surprisingly that is not an issue and the tower performs just fine. I am at about 200 pounds and hubby is 280 so we are not small people, but this tower tolerates our abuse well. I think that for the price, it is a very good purchase and I love that we can just work out at home instead of dragging ourselves to the gym which makes it much easier to stick to our goals.     • Bad structure, bad support, shakes like crazy.

The whole structure is very "woblie" because it's light, so the whole thing shakes when you workout. The bottom support is nothing what they show on pictures. Save your money, buy something else. Returning it will be a pain because now you have to disassemble it and send a huge box back.

The tower is my favorite piece of fitness equipment, so I purchased this one from VIVOHOME for my home. It is pretty solid, however don't do TOO much because the tilt is REAL. My ONLY real gripe it's how flimsy the arm rests are. It's almost impossible to do leg lifts or anything requiring arm support. I've purchased removable arm rests pads to cover them, but the metal beneath the original arm rests just doesn't make it work. Ultimately, I've folded a few throws over them to do my workout. That sucks too, but at least it's comfortable. The handles could also be a little longer. I put in a return request for this item, but I may keep it because of the throws. Overall, not horrible for the price, but having to purchase add-ons and make adjustments aren't cool. ... show more

The description states up to 330lbs it doesn’t tell you that a 200lb man can generate force that surpasses 330lbs I doubt this thing can hold a 330lb man safely it moves too easily

The building instructions are unclear and hard to follow. Kinda have to guess how to put it together. Luckily I managed to figure it out. Seems to be good quality, nothing too impressive but will do the job. You can’t put any resistance bands on these because the tower will tip over !! You need to weigh it down first !
