I purchased this machine to help our club make custom t-shirts. It comes with several accessories to print on mugs and caps too, but haven't had the opportunity to use them yet. The equipment is pretty self-explanatory. It comes with a large pad that will accommodate large printing on a t-shirt. There is also a timer, so you know how long you have been pressing an image so you don't accidentally burn it up. It's also nice that the arm swings out of your way when attaching or removing the garments.

I love my heat press machine but when you set the heat press for different products the setting do not stay. It was constantly fluctuating in the middle of the press snd is hard to gauge but overall so far I like it. I’ve only done T-shirt’s and Hoodies so far and the logos came out great. I will try the other features soon. The instructions are good but not for all clothing. I had to google to find the settings for heat press on hoodies. Overall it is a very good purchase, everything was included but they could have had better directions for the money you pay. If you purchase this heat press, please do your homework first. Please go on You Tube and watch the tutorials to guide you on how to use the machine. I am saving money by purchasing chasing this heat press machine because I was sending everything to someone else but now that I know how to do it I am rocking it!

The media could not be loaded. I broke after 6-8 weeks of use . I now have a paperweight I can't fix or return. Steer clear of this item.

Bought this for t-shirt making, but from the very first use, the thing, never worked correctly. The instructions are horrible. The temp never gets to where you need it. Pressure doesn't work. The timer doesn't work the 6 other parts aren't working either. I hate I waited too long to return it just a waste of my money, honestly and their customer support doesn't work. Wish they'd just either send me an upgraded version or just refund me my money!

Took a bit of trial and error because the direction are terrible. Make sure to use a trial shirt till you figure things out. Works great once you get it figured out.
