Initially bought it because i was working a conference and needed something to carry things from my hotel to the convention center. It folded up easily and fit into my luggage (as I had to fly to the conference). Very sturdy and really easy to move (I'm under 5 ft and had a ton of stuff in it). I also ended up using it for personal use as I moved to an apartment that is a much further walk from the parking lot and it has helped a lot when bringing a large grocery haul in. I used it a lot within the first month of purchase and everything worked great. Overall, very happy with it and worth the price.

This cart has been such a huge help for moving my stuff into my apartment and hauling groceries into and trash/recycling out of my apartment. It folds up nice and small so it doesn't take up a lot of space but once it's unfolded, it has lots of room for whatever you need to haul. After using it for about 10 months, one of the plastic connector pieces broke. I reached out to the company to ask for a replacement plastic connector piece. They weren't able to send me a replacement connector piece for some reason. However, after e-mailing back and forth a couple times, they said they were going to ship me a replacement cart. I thought it would take weeks to get it (and questioned whether it would ever show up), but they were true to their word and quickly sent a replacement. I would highly recommend this product for the customer service alone. When I first bought this, I wondered if I would really use it that much but I use it a lot and love it. It has made my year of apartment living so much easier.

I ordered this for my college son who needed a way to carry items into his apartment from his parking lot-which is a hike! I ordered the "used, like new" and was so pleased! it appeared to be brand new and still in the original box. It had lots of tape on the box so I assume it may have been a return. The wagon had never been used, the wheels were clean and it seemed like it was new. Great option to save some money for something that will get trashed ( or stolen) in no time. The wagon itself was much bigger than expected, very deep, and well-made. Folding was not too easy, you have to get the wheels just right to be able to get it in the bag. This took me a bit of time to figure out.
