The mount seems to be sturdy with my 49" Samsung monitor. The monitor's mounting system is a little goofy and required some modification. Samsung includes a conical metal disk for VESA mounting, however the tiny pre-threaded holes for the disk to mount attachment didn't inspire confidence as they're super small M4 threads. I drilled out the Samsung disk mount holes to accept M5 nut, washer, and bolt combinations. Note that this VIVO mount doesn't even include screws as small as M4 so you will either have to drill them out and use your own larger nuts and bolts, or go purchase hardened M4 screws for this Samsung monitor. Be careful with these large monitors. You can't lay them flat (risk of cracking the screen) so you must hold it while attaching the mount. Make sure you have all hardware and tools handy to make this happen.

Mounted a 43” TV on this as well as a 27” computer monitor (not at the same time obviously). Worked great for both. Pole length is perfect - not too short like most. Feels solid and was easy to assemble and attach. My only small complaint was that it doesn’t include the short fat bolts that fit into the newer Samsung TV’s. I think it has longer ones, and those work, but you have to use spacers (which I don’t like). Easy 5-stars either way. But I do wish they’d include the shorter bolts.

I received this product quickly, but it was the smaller missing parts. As a result, I had to order a universal extension to mount a 42 inch monitor. Amazon service did offer a return and refund, but it was faster to order an extension from a different company. End result, I paid half the cost of this again to make it work. All that said, the parts I did receive were a good quality, and with the extension, the product worked as designed and advertised.

Super sturdy and high quality! I have this mounted to my desk allowing for other gear to fit underneath the TV. I have a tight work area and fitting all of my gear on my desk wouldn’t be possible with the just the stands that came with the TV. This TV mount makes all the difference for my setup. Highly recommended!

I just received my product and opened it up to inspect as I usual do all my packages. I have not even set it up yet but without a second thought, the product material is exceptionally solid. There is no doubt that it will more than hold my 34” work monitor. What’s even more amazing is that the product is well packaged (not so much the boxes but the parts in plastic etc.) and the included instruction sheet is thorough. I’ll probably pop back with an update once set up but I don’t think there is anything else to add.

I was looking for a mount for my Dell U4919DW 49" Ultrawide monitor. This class of monitor is a bit awkward to find mounts for because most single screen mounts aren't rated for this weight, and those that are are typically dual mounts. I wanted a mount that would fix the monitor at my desired height and not take up a lot of space. I didn't want an adjustable arm; in my experience those place the screen lower than I want and for a 49" screen it's not really practice to swing and move around the desk. This mount comes with a variety of hardware for mounting to different VESA mount sizes, but none of the included screws are compatible with the Dell U4919DW which has a recessed VESA mount; the mounting plate included with this mount is too large and requires using the included spacers. The included hardware has large/long bolts that won't help here, but you can pick up 4x M4 25mm Steel Pan Head Machine screws on amazon for a few dollars (eg: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00F32E91G). The mount is sturdy and, despite its simple and basic construction, it looks good and has nice clean lines. Replacing the Dell monitor mount frees up 1 square foot of desk space which makes my desk feel more open again. Assembly was straightforward once I had sourced the longer M4 screws that I needed for my monitor.

Not much to add versus other reviews ... an approx 30lb 43" monitor bounces a good bit, clamping a flat plate to a circular tube is pretty stupid, it has no tilt adjustment, and although my desk is level, the right side is almost an inch lower than the left. Like most "optimistic" ratings on all the junk from China, I wouldn't trust it with anything larger or heavier. But for the price, there doesn't seem to be anything better available. Globalism strikes again. Edit: Be VERY careful rotating it left to right (the only adjustment supported). The bolt is tight (has to be), and the table clamp wants to turn rather than the mount. It would be disastrous if you didn't notice and turned it far enough for a big heavy expensive monitor to fall... Hanging the screen is a huge hassle, but it seems secure once you get everything tightened down. Someone said you need a 2" thick desk minimum ... no idea what they meant, it's a screw clamp with a huge range, it's on my 1.5" solid wood desk.
