I thought this would be a great water supply for my honey bees, but after several days there has not been a single bee visiting. I even added a drop of lemon grass oil to make it attractive. The bright color should attract scout bees, but they have not shown any interest. If I filled the jar with sugar syrup they would probably come, but I don't want to do open feeding. I also wonder if this silicone piece will be easy to clean after being outside for a while. I will edit the review if the bees start using it. Edit: I have now seen bees scouting around the jar and maybe even getting some water. It takes a while...
