Absolutely love this extra long monitor arm. I am using it as a laptop tray holder and it works amazing!! It doesn't tilt side to side when typing on the laptop. It is very sturdy and stays right where you put it! I have an HP 15.6 laptop and it holds it very well! Other arms that I have tried doesn't come anywhere close to this one. I definitely recommend this arm!!

I mounted this to the side of my desk so i could move my monitor in front of me when sitting in my recliner. Its very well made I have been looking for a mount that could do this with out being crazy expensive and this was perfect for me, and the cable management clips that come with it keeps everything secured to the frame well.

I searched around for arms for a long time and bought multiple models and this was the only one that worked for me. my desk backs up directly to a wall meaning I could not use the arms that have the gas strut in them because they require a lot of space behind the desk. I also tried another vivo arm that showed up in my searching, it used rectangular arms and had 2 segments and the problem I had with it is that because of the way the arms attach to each other the mount has to be off-center as they cannot fold close enough to each other to center the mount. this is the first mount that I have found that is able to fold up very close to the mount and the wall as well as articulate out far enough to use my racing sim. now my setup did require that I take out a segment so I am only using 2 but this also reduces the sag that some people talk about having. also for reference my monitor is 34in and weighs in somewhere near 17lbs. As for styling this mount also provides the clean look I was going for, I hate the number of arms with these big bulky ugly bases, almost non of them look good and now I would not say that this one is the best but it does do the job for me without being un-appealing. another thing to consider for anyone looking at this or the other vivo I was talking about earlier is that this vivo has a slightly larger base plate, and the bolts are bigger, this means less wobble overall. the arm segments are also larger. taking all of this into account if you were to only use 2 segments like I did, I believe that this arm can most likely hold at least the same amount of weight as the vivo with rectangular arms which is 22lbs instead of the 17lbs which this is rated for.

I like the build quality of this vivo stand. It is thick and sturdy, and very reliable. I used this to build out my home workstation and the extension from this stand made it possible for one of the monitors on the top.

This product is not a bad product overall. The manufacturing of it looks solid, the material feels good quality. The big struggle was trying to adjust the screws on the arm to allow the arms to go left or right. I was using this for my audio box so I needed the arm to adjust easily so I can put it in different positions throughout the day. I was trying to loosen the screws on the arm but they would not budge. I tried everything without causing any damage to the arm but it would to budge. It would not budge. If you need the arm to stay still say holding a computer arm, then this arm is great. If you need it for adjustments. might have a hard time loosening them.

Good build quality, very sturdy once you have it properly clamped. I originally tried to clamp it on a smallish table edge, but neglected to take into sufficient account the tipping force with a monitor mounted on the end of the arm projecting to the side of the table. (This wouldn't be a problem on a regular desk or heavier table with the arm positioned over it.) I really appreciate having the reach of the longer horizontal arm. The joints in the arm are very tight, and difficult to loosen without stripping the bolt heads.

In the product description it states it can hold a up to 32 inch monitor. Mine is 23 inch, and the arm is not strong enough to hold the monitor. This results in the monitor is leaning sideways to a degree that it is not pleasant to work with or usable. It does not serve its purpose. It’s not able to hold the monitor. Easy to assemble! Cannot return as the shipping cost is somehow more than the price of the product. Thanks!
