Price paid? WELL worth it. Easy installation, I installed it alone but could have used help! Easy to follow/good directions & performs like a champ. This TV is 50" mounted in our Ramada (that's what they call stand alone patios in AZ...) I've been using this for about 4 months & love the way it folds up to the ceiling when not in use. With the clearance above the TV I was able to mount an external sound bar (not in photo) after completing the rest of the construction project (sound bar is about 3.25 inches high) via a small shelf. Sorry, tried to add video but can't because of file size limits on my end (Apparently I'm not techy enough even though wifey believes I work magic...).

I purchased this mount for my garage ceiling location. It functions perfectly as advertised! Would like to pass along some info as I was lucky with the placement I choose out from the wall, which is not given in the direction. I mounted a 43" Samsung TV that is 37.7 Inches wide. The mounting bracket holes (2) closest to the wall are 18 Inches away from the wall. This left a 4 inch clearance from the wall when the TV is rotated to the full 90° position. The TV hangs down from the ceiling to the bottom edge of the TV approximately 30.5 inches. Only negative(s) at this point is that this model is not offered in the white. And I wish it had 3 memory buttons on the remote (Note: the app has 3 memory buttons which is Great!)

The media could not be loaded. This came out in clutch! Meaning it’s a great ceiling mount . It rotates 90* and it comes down and up of course. Wasn’t really that hard to set up and install. To put the parts together I did on my own but to mount it I had to get help . It’s kind of heavy to install yourself cause someone has to be holding it . Other than that, it only took me 20 min to install this electric flip down mount. Great price and I have no issues with it

Very cool device. I installed it on our covered outdoor deck and it raises the TV up to the ceiling out of the weather. Good directions for the simple assembly and it went up easily. When putting the TV on the unit I would recommend having an assistant to help you line up the mounting holes on the TV mount with the holes on the lift. Unit works and looks great. Very classy!

Nice Unit and very well built. Works flawlessly right out of the box. The mount is quite heavy so a suitable support is necessary. I built a mounting box for mine. One item not mentioned is to make sure that there is adequate clearance on all sides of the mount for it to move freely when deploying. Mine is mounted close to one side so I make sure to set the memory for the “park” position when down and then retract to the upper position.
