They are robust - very solid construction and function exactly as described. The all metal construction is a little heavy but expected since they are very solid. They work fine just not really what I was expecting. A bit small for most things but a good little shelf for small things or speakers. Solid for sure given they are metal. Easy to put together so that's a plus too.

Stand is straight forward enough. However, if you want to change the orientation of the top plate, you have to make a cut out of the black rubber mat. Not the end of the world because it will be covered by whatever is on top, but seems like an oversight. Also, I wish there was some guide for applying the rubber mat as it's a one time application.

Honestly my only gripe is you can's "spin the stand with the nut loosened from the spring piston. I am using this in my ham shack which also has my gaming pc and gives me some extra space.

It is nice to clean up some desk real estate with this. Getting the monitor off the desk has created a surprising amount of space. Didn't even consider how much room it was taking up. Assembly and install was super easy. Clamped fine to my VIVO desk. Very nice monitor stand!
