This chair is perfect for me! Helps me get up nice and slowly so I won’t go flying across room! And brings me to almost full stand. The heat and massage has really helped my back and nasty muscle spasms. Was easy to put together and seems very sturdy. I do have to mention that this chair can be evil! Within 15 minutes of reclining, turning on the heat and massage, I usually fall asleep! Thank goodness the heat and massage turn off automatically! I LOVE the fact that it has 2 remotes: 1 for adjusting up and down and the other controls the heat and massage features. I have issues with my hands, so I have to see what button I am pushing. Having the up and down controls on side of chair just doesn’t work for me. This chair is perfection in this area. I wholeheartedly recommend this chair for anyone having back issues or just can’t quite get out of a chair as easily as one used to be able to stand up. ... show more

Pros: These recliners match perfectly in my home. They do just about everything from massaging in different modes, to heat, to lifting me out the seat. The faux leather doesn’t feel cold and they comfort is nice. Plus the cup holders on each side was a major selling point for me. Cons: The USBs barely charge, and the arm rests are a little uneven but it’s not enough to lose a star. One of my chairs had a scratch and a small piece broken off, but I contacted customer service and everything was fixed to my satisfaction within 24 hours. I’m so glad I purchased these recliners.
