I had to contact the company as I thought pieces were missing. They asked me to take pics of the part of the assemble giving me problems. This was all done thru emails. I have a higher end e-bike that was a little more expensive. I purchased this one for my girlfriend for Christmas and it is great! It was easy to assemble. I took it for a test ride and was so impressed how much power the bike has. She absolutely loves it and we can't wait to take it out more once the weather gets warmer. It is easy to use and operate. Bike was packaged well for shipping. It was easy to assemble. Very easy to ride. Great pedal assist. As there becomes resistance in pedaling an incline, the auto assist power automatically kicks in. There are three levels of assistance. It can be turned off for just manual pedaling. .

Very difficult to assemble, instructions does not cover everything. The you tube video was worthless, way to fast. Once assembled everything seems good. It is fun to ride.
