The media could not be loaded. Arrived pretty quickly! Packaged very well. I didn't need to get in my toolbox to assemble because it came with all tools needed. Took me 25 mins to assemble using the provided youtube video that came with instructions. Battery was full so I took off for a quick ride and it has plenty of power for me at 190 lbs. Very difficult to assemble, instructions does not cover everything. The you tube video was worthless, way to fast. Once assembled everything seems good. It is fun to ride.
