After adjusting it, it leaves a long tail that doesn't seem to hold (velcro), and so there's this "tail" that keeps on flopping around. Other than that, the handles work.

Wow this is a very helpful product. It shows me to move my legs with the handles that are built in them. They have adjustable bands that are strong and comfortable enough to wear all the time. I love the thigh lifter. My left leg is considered dead. The lifter helps me move my leg around. The velcro isn't strong enough to keep the strap connected to the lifter. I bought some industrial strength velcro and sewed it onto the strap. I holds perfectly now.
