Just received this and have used it indoors only a couple of days so I cannot speak to durability, but it seems well built and hospital quality. I am 3/4 disabled meaning I use the wheelchair mainly when I have to move around while using my hands. I weigh in the upper 300 pounds right now and am 5'-10" tall. I fit well in the wheelchair and it rolls very smoothly and feels comfortable and very stable. For the price I think this is a great value. The Blue frame gives it a bit of refined look making it better than that dreary black. So I recommend this chair and if it last 3 years with daily use it pays for itself.

While the initial produce had come damaged, the team were amazing with getting it replaced, and it is an amazing chair. I highly recommend it, the seat is great, the wheels are sturdy and the arm rests and feet rests swing out of the way nicely. There's a nifty pouch on the back too for storing things needed but not in the way.

Very nice chair, rolls easily, just don't take it off of smooth surfaces. The yoke that holds the front wheels bent and I had to bend them back in the middle of a vacation! Overall it is a very nice wheelchair. BTW, the passenger was 75 pounds lighter than the max weight when the yoke bent.

I love my new chair it folds up nice it has a narrow seat, but it’s built from my weight and that makes me really happy because with a narrow footprint we can get getting out of doors easier. I’m might look a little squished, but I don’t care because I’m comfortable and safe and it’s operating great.

This is the Third chair we have ordered. The chairs are great, the wheels suck... The rubber on the wheels comes off and you cant get it to go back on. Customer service has been good about it but slow. I would have been better off sending the entire chair back instead of sending the broken parts back. I don't recommend unless you are going to use it on perfect ground and don't do any very sharp turns.

Came bent and would not open. One of the front Rods was bent like a V and not connected. Unfortunately I can't return anything. I am very disabled and a shut in.

First off the box was destroyed and strapped together upon arrival. Looks like it was dropped a couple of times during shipping. Once setting up chair it would not turn left or right. After checking I noticed the swivel wheels were bent and not straight from being dropped. Also the wheels were hitting the bar (pipe) holding the bent wheel brackets. The right side wheel was bent to where a half inch of the wheel was hitting the bar. The left one was the same but not as bad. Considering the headache and cost to me for returning I attempted to fix it. The left wheel bar was already dented so it didn't take but a few whacks with the hammer for it to clear the bar. The right one had to be hammered in a half inch or more to clear the bar. After 45 minutes of pounding on the bar, I had bent it in enough to pass by the bar. A little black paint and it doesn't look bad. The wheels and bracket are still bent as I could not straighten them. They will have to be replaced at some time. The way they are bent seem to come from manufacturing as the supports were welded and not straight. Very poor quality control. I would not recommend this brand but the only brand with a 400 pound weight capacity. Also, being handicapped, the cost, to me, to return and the restocking fee was not worth the time to return it. Next one I buy will come from a DME company so it works when bought. Pictures(4) are attached.
