Technology scares me but I am curious about new products. The glasses were delivered a few days ago. I saw the term plug and play, but nothing ever works like that. I procrastinated opening the box until today. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the product. It truly is plug and play. I love these glasses for watching movies. The glasses have no battery, they use power from the device they are connected to. The picture is fantastic. I wear glasses for vision, but take them off when I use the device, and I see the picture just fine without any adjustments needed. The sound could be a little louder. I highly recommend these glasses.

Product: I purchased the VITURE One Lite XR Glasses (white model), initially impressed by their versatility and quality for gaming and multimedia. However, my satisfaction was short-lived: after just one day of use, the white finish noticeably changed color, turning yellowish. This was very disappointing, as I chose this model expecting an elegant and durable appearance. Customer Support (VITURE): Initial support was fast, professional, and empathetic. They provided cleaning recommendations and, since the issue persisted, offered a free upgrade to a superior model (Pro-Glas-Blk), citing a lack of stock for both the white and black models. I accepted this solution as fair and in line with their commitment to customer service. The return process was efficient, and I received a prepaid shipping label to send the original product back to the United States. Problems and Final Resolution: The biggest issue arose after I sent the product back, when VITURE unilaterally changed the conditions: they informed me they could not ship the replacement to Colombia due to alleged “shipping restrictions.” They asked me to purchase a new unit on Amazon and then seek reimbursement, or otherwise accept a simple refund. This decision unfairly transferred both the cost and the process onto me, contrary to what was previously agreed. I reached out to Amazon and received formal confirmation that there are no shipping restrictions to Colombia (attaching the email from representative Lia as proof), clearly showing that the limitations were solely imposed by the seller. Closing and Satisfaction: Faced with VITURE’s lack of commitment and unilateral changes to our agreement, I ultimately requested an immediate, full refund to my original payment method and notified Amazon of the entire situation. Amazon was clear and transparent throughout, reaffirming their customer-first approach. Product: Positive initial experience, but a critical quality flaw. VITURE Support: Friendly and quick at first, but disappointing in the final resolution due to changed conditions and lack of follow-through. Outcome: The case was resolved through a refund, with positive intervention and backing from Amazon, but with dissatisfaction over the manufacturer’s handling and lack of accountability. I would not recommend this product or VITURE’s after-sales service to other customers in Colombia under the current circumstances. My experience shows good initial support, but a final outcome that was unfavorable and demonstrated a lack of commitment from the seller.

Great product. Minus the discoloration on the marshmallow version after only wearing for one session, blue marking started showing up along the edges anywhere my face had touched. Tried cleaning this off lightly with isopropyl alcohol, but only barely remove the discoloration. Not sure if this is a defect or a known issue with this color. All in all a great product. Love the fit and the features that come standard as well as the little bit extra you get from buying a USB-C XR adapter for iPhones. Still getting the hang of it, but has been fun using for gaming on my phone or my steam deck. As well as some light productivity hooked to my M2 Air MacBook. Would love to write a better review, but as with my initial statement, the discoloration on this marshmallow model left a bad taste for me and now worried it’s going to continue to get worse around the rest of the device.

I found one used as new for 170 bucks and works great, good image detail, good sound, the only downside us that the usb cable us too short, but aside of that is a great full hd portable screen in a glasses.
