It is a good product, served well to wash my high windows , but it keeps turning around, and it's not easy to clean the sides and corners even tho it is small and has a good design. I recommend it anyway, it was very helpful.

This was the perfect combo set to clean my windows. I'm short so the extensions were a great help. I liked how you could scrub the window then turn the tool and squeegee it before it dried. It made cleaning each window faster by only having to hold one tool. It is easy to assemble for use or take apart to store. I also have high ceilings and the duster attachment has been great to dust the ceiling fans or get spider webs in the corners. I was pleased with the price and I feel it is great quality and will last years.

Didn’t squeegee off without streaks!. Time consuming to skew no and off handle pieces. And I needed to because too long and it bumped into something. So I had to keep changing the length. Not easy!

Window washing kit perfect for windows on second floor that don’t tip in

I cleaned the glass doors on my outdoor three-season room and the front windows (including a bay window) of my home. It was very easy to assemble the rod. It took me a minute to understand that there was a shorter rod for washing easier to reach windows. The longer rod did a great job of reaching the top, but when it came to squeegeeing the bottom of the glass doors, I had to nearly get on my knees to get the squeegee to get rid of the water. The squeegee bends at the corners, so a clean, water-proof corner was not possible. I asked Rufus for the best solution to clean the glass and Rufus suggested 1 Tb. of Dawn, a 1/4 cup of vinegar, and 2 cups of water would clean the windows without streaking (among other alternatives). The cleaning power of the mixture was very good. Fortunately, I bought extra microfiber cloths from Amazon to wipe around the circumference of the glass windows and doors which left them looking clean. The steel rod does not bend and maintains its sturdiness while using it. I washed the microfiber cloths in the washing machine and hung the wet clothes on the clothes line so I could use them the next day to cleaning the remaining doors and windows.
