The cushions slip and slide, they need some kind of velcro or grippy pad under them to keep them affixed. Otherwise the set is super cute and was easy to assemble.

I am not happy with the delivery, the boxes were left in my drive way, they were not left on my front porch like the delivery confirmation stated. Typically when I receive a delivery from Amazon they ring the doorbell to let me know they delivery my product, this time that did not happen and the only way I knew I had recd anything is because I walked by the window and seen two large boxes in the middle of my drive way, very dissatisfied with the delivery today. I also received another large item from Amazon a treadmill and it too was left in the middle of my drive way. Amazon, you need to do much bettet👎.... The item was not easy to assemble, the instructions just had pictures and letters no words and some of the pieces didn't have letters, very confusing. The visions don't have anything that holds them down , very light and can blow away easily, you might want to put some velcro on them to keep them in place. I am very disappointed in the service I received from Amazon today, I am going to cancel my prime account. The treadmill I received didn't work and the customer service I received was very poor and the person I spoke with could hardly speak English and was hard to understand and provided no help with the third party vendor the treadmill came from. I asked for the direct contact info and I was told Amazon didn't have it, that they communicated with them via a form, smh. Dont purchase any treadmills from Amazon its not worth the headache and disconnected between Amazon and the third party vendor no one can get on contact with. Great for the price, looks good, comfortable, and simple to assemble. Save yourself time by using a drill instead of the Allen wrench to tighten the screws. It took me about 2 hours by myself with two breaks. The cushions do slip easily so I’m going to get either Velcro or sticky shelf liner to put under the seat cushions. I’ll probably also get heavy duty zip ties to connect the chairs since I have dogs that will probably push it around the deck otherwise. It does sit lower than a traditional couch but the seats are pretty deep. I’m 5’ my husband is 5’9 and it didn’t feel too small but if you’re really tall it might feel too little. I bought a cover because I don’t think the material is waterproof but wouldn’t get completely drenched either. Typical outdoor pillow and cushion material. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The set came promptly in one box. It was neatly packed, everything was labeled and each piece was individually wrapped. The directions were very clear. It took me and my 81 year old dad about 3 hours to assemble (we took a lot of breaks). It exceeded my expectations. I can’t speak to the longevity, but the set is beautiful and very comfortable. The color is very vibrant and the cushions are the perfect firmness. It fits perfectly in my space. For the comments about the size, there is detailed information about the measurements in the product description so I knew exactly what I was getting as it pertains to the size!! The tool makes assembling this much less of a wrist torturing event and I was thrilled that it came with one. Assembly as a breeze. All seems good with the sturdy set. The glass is thick. No lose bits in the weave. The only negative is that the one piece that comes assembled, the chase, is missing the feet. I searched through all the packing and boxes three times and no feet for this piece. I would be very happy if the seller would please send me a replacement set of feet so that the piece sits level with the rest? Thank you. ... show more

Ok so I paid a little over $300 w/ shipping and it’s worth that, it’s small but not child like it’s decent! 1. Ok! Long screws, flat circular washers and bolts go on the chairs. The bolts secure the Seat and backs together. 2. Short screws and washers (no bolts) screw into the table. Be careful with the glass on the top in bubble wrap and styrofoam ties! 3. The seats with the little poles sticking out the side are corner seats. Just do the middle seat first. 4. The Middle seat has a long rectangular wicker slab on its right side, similar but smaller than the ones on the table. It took me a while but eventually you get comfortable with tightening the bolts on the seats! One person can do this! There are NO written instructions. NO assembly videos. Only schematics. There’s a YouTube video if you search: outdoor sectional that will help you understand the assembly of wicker furniture. ... show more

We recently purchased the 5 piece set for our backyard patio. I personally made a mistake and clicked on the 5 piece when I meant to purchase the 7 piece!! I was so bummed when I realized my mistake. I took a chance and contacted their customer service. They were so prompt and AWESOME and responded right away!! I was so happy they offered to mail me the 2 extra pieces and to pay the difference! I was dreading that I had to pack up the 5 piece to mail back and return for 7 piece. Their customer service rep, Hannah was very responsive via text and was able to arrange for a new shipment and provided tracking number. We are enjoying the set up in the evening when the weather cools off. Great buy for the price too! I would definitely buy from this company again! 😊👍 ... show more

The perfect size and just what I was looking for. It even arrived early! I was a little worried this would be a pain to assemble since a lot of reviews said it didn't come with instructions. Luckily mine came with very easy to follow instructions that made assembly quick and effortless. I put the entire thing together by myself in around an hour. I have also added photos of instructions in the off chance that someone receives their set without any. The quality is great also. The pad on the ottoman does slide off easy but a little velcro fixed that and I haven't had any issues since. Would absolutely recommend this set. ... show more
