Flooded floors 3 times. First base unit purchased with Greenway filtration system bottle. THESE 2 UNITS ARE NOT COMPATIBLE! Instructions are incomplete about collar that supports bottle. Pieces do not fit together properly (base unit & water bottle). Bought first base, set it up & water leaked horribly out of the fan motor vent. It sounded like an outboard motor. Looked down inside & it looks like tubes are not connected properly because unit was not leaking anywhere else but the fan vent. Returned for replacement thinking it was faulty, second unit leaked this time around the top where the bottle neck goes in (tubes looked the same). Way too much trouble to try & set up. 2 mechanically inclined people worked on it several times trying every configuration we could think of & it either didn't fit or leaked. I got doused twice from the neck down & the floors have been flooded 3 times. Instructions are poor for something that should be so simple. Unclear photos, not enough details on assembly. When you think you've got everything set up just right, BAM...flood. ... show more

    • Water buttons are very stiff..
The buttons are very stiff. You have to hold the back of the unit - so it doesn't shift back. Pours very slow. Keeps water cold...

Love the ease of use but the buttons seem easy to break with alot of use. Hasnt happened yet but they have a lot of play in them.

I've had it for a couple of months and have had no problem at all. So far it has been flawless. Looks great, good quality, does what it says. I would highly recommend it.

    • Only lasted a 5 months, unhappy with performance. Almost glad it died.
I was not happy with the way this chilled the water. You could barely get a single cup of cold water since the reservoir is so small inside or just poorly designed. So when it started leaking internally after 5 months, that did it for me. Not worth the time to try to get a replacement or fix since I disliked it anyway. Too late for a refund.
