    • Best blender

I own 4 or 5 of these. For my homes. I always get the refurbished models and I’m a happy buyer! They are the best.

    • Best upgrade!
Color: Black
I was skeptical about buying a "renewed" product, but I am so glad I did! This blender is literally in brand new condition! It works so well and I'm really glad I upgraded!! Especially for a fraction of the price of a new one! I blend ice coffee every day and it glides though the ice like butter, it's extremely quiet compared to the ninja blender, fits under the cabinets and the pitcher is bigger than what the pictured repercussions which I appreciate. Only thing I don't like is that the pitcher doesn't lock onto the base and the lid is slightly difficult to remove, but it's really not a big deal. I really love this blender and I'm very happy about my upgrade! ... show more

Great Blender and a really great warranty from Costco. They old one just died it was about 7 years old and I decided to take it back to Costco and see if they might give me a partial refund, nope they gave me a complete refund and I turned around and bought a new one. Great store but also a great product. ... show more

    • Not happy, it looks great and works well in spite of it's useless features.
Color: White
I have owned a Vitamix most of my adult life. As Bad as I hate to say it this one, like the last one a 5000 (that lasted 26 years) are not as good as my first and second reversible Stainless Steel old style Vitamix's both lost in divorce's. But the 5000 did the job albeit a tiny bit slower than the SS models. This newer one although renewed works OK, the programs are so far not of use and probably never will be, even the clean cycle is suspect, makes you walk to the sink twice to clean it, once for water and soap and once to dump and rinse and dry, I don't like it but it has only been a few hours and one veg/fruit smoothie. No cord storage on this one, won't fit under my standard cabinets even w/o the lid due to the spout height. The tamper holder is a joke as the holder comes loose when I slide the motor base forward for use. No one walks away from a Vitamix while it's running a large volume smoothie mix especially in a family sized kitchen as it works so well you're usually pouring drinks in less than 4 minutes. If the pitcher sitting on the base will not fit between the counter top and the overhead cabinet then there is possibly nowhere to put the blending pitcher due to it's gigantic circumference and spout. Not Happy! Yet still I don't like the underside power switch, the stupid ever lit and worthless timer display if you forget to turn off the base power, or the tamper holder provides only another manual cleaning opportunity to forget until the tamper is stuck to it slowing down another smoothie tomorrow. Not sure if there is a blend cup attachment for this machine and Vitamix.com is clear as mud. on this subject. But the Frisbee sized lid might entertain the grandchildren until something that should never be broken gets just that. I'll update this with photos once I decide to send it back or keep it. Not Happy with 64oz big mouth liquid container or the too tall motor base with no need for the program counter window. Useless information that can not be changed. ... show more
