Super happy with this stuff! Just got it yesterday day as I was about to have a tough time sleeping, like usual, and I took one and slept like a medicated baby. So I just swallowed it cause a bunch of reviews says it tastes bad...medication always does. Let me say that I am in my late 30's and have been dealing with a panic disorder and extreme insomnia since I was 11yrs old. For several years now I've been seeing a psychiatrist and am medicated to the point where the medication gives me control over my life to live normally, which is awesome but I still have to wake and function like everyone else, so the medication stops short at keeping me asleep for longer than 5-6 hours, which is okay but I really want more like 7-8 but that would require heavy meds that would be hard to wake from. So all that being said. I am no expert, nor am I giving any medical advice...but I always thought melatonin was a joke, it turns out that's because I was taking like 1-3 mg and hoping for sleep. 20 mgs is a game changer and really worked for me, at least last night I slept for exactly 8hrs and 34mins ( I timed it just to see). I feel great not groggy at all! I'm sure this needs to only be taken every now and then, as to not build a tolerance, so it shouldn't be heavily relied on. But this stuff is great and so far really worked for me. These pills are not scored but easily can be cut with a pill cutter regardless as they are not super dense. I read reviews that said this “tastes great.” When I received it, much to my dismay, this does not taste good. In fact, it’s the worst tasting dissolvable I’ve ever had. Because I had already opened it, it was a low cost, I didn’t want to go through the steps to return. I’m using it and even though it has a bad taste, it works great. It’s very powerful. Yeah flavor isn’t the best like the reviews say, but it’s not supposed to be candy it’s a pill. Chase it with some water or take it before you brush your teeth and it’s fine. Was looking to replace my old 9mg melatonin tablets and am always open to new options to falling asleep faster, staying asleep, and waking up not exhausted. These are it! ... show more

The value is very good,but the taste is doable but it says "Fast dissolve tablets" there isn't NOTHING fast about these tablets dissolving fast. They also leave a chalky taste in your mouth just horrible. Thre only 2 things good about this is the quantity and the 20mg but I'm here to tell you i rather buy thre 10mg and just take 2.
