    • Good Hair Cate
I bought it believing it was a relaxer/straightener. In actuality it is more of a texturizer. Now my hair is extremely thick and curly and the kit softened my hair opposed to straightening. I am very pleased with the results.

    • poorly packaged and didn't relax my type 4c hair
The product is poorly packaged. Before it got to me, the entire shampoo in one of the kits had all poured inside the box. It didn't also relax my hair.
