I’ve been using Spigen Slim Armor CS Cardholder cases since my first iPhone. For some bizarre reason they have opted not to make one for the new iPhone 16 Pro! Well. Their loss, because I actually like this one better! The compartment on the Bellroy is a better design and I really like that it does double duty as a kickstand. I’ve already used it a couple of times and it’s really a nice touch. 👍 It easily holds 3 cards and they are easier to remove than they were on the Spigen. The magnetic catch is pure class and is very secure. The width of the case is about the same as the Spigen. I have included some photos comparing the two for reference. The leather is plasticized and seems like it will be very durable and it feels really nice in the hand. The buttons are metal and work really well, and the cutout for the new Camera button is perfect. Overall I couldn’t be happier that I was forced to look for something new. I bought 3 different card carrying cases and this is by far my favorite. As long as Bellroy continues to make these I will continue to buy them. ... show more

I cannot fit more than two credit cards. The magnetic locking for the door works great—it's the best I have found—and it feels good in my hand. The buttons on my iPhone are easily pressed. This is the fist time I've spent some extra bucks on a case and I'm glad I did. I spent over $1000 on a phone so a bit extra for a good case made sense. I wanted a wallet case that held my cards securely and this one does. Someone looking at the case wouldn't likely even know it was a wallet case at first glance. I was pleased that that it felt so much more solid on all sides than my previous case. It might weigh a bit more than previous cases but not excessive. The only minor issue is I'm not sure the rear camera lenses are as protected as I like. I fixed that by applying a small rectangle of a clear silicone bumper used normally on cabinets and such to protect dings -- works well and barely noticeable. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’m so conflicted in leaving this poorly of a rating, because the case is phenomenal! My biggest thing when looking for a credit card case is how slim it is, and if somebody can tell it’s a credit card case. I’m a woman that doesn’t use a purse, so I want a case that can fit in women’s tiny jeans pockets and not make my phone twice as bulky. This case is literally my perfect case! It’s ridiculously slim, the magnet closure is pleasing and doesn’t flip open accidentally, the cards don’t move around, the color is gorgeous, I love everything about it. BUT! I’m not sure it will hold up, and that’s incredibly disappointing when I did my homework and paid 4x more for a case than I ever have in my 14 years of owning iPhones. I bought this almost two months ago and have not used another case the entire time. When I received it, the leather wasn’t smooth over one of the edges (see photo). I figured it was due to how leather is and that is expected. Currently it’s getting black spots on it and I’m unsure of how to clean it - searching google for this returns debatable results and lots of people saying they tried cleaning it and only discolored the case. The case itself is starting to feel sticky and I don’t know what to do. Lastly, the paint on the buttons is slowly coming off. Not feeling good that it will hold up more than two years. This would be a 5* case if it weren’t for these issues. Update April 2024: I ended up cleaning it with chemical guys leather cleaner and then putting their leather conditioner on it. The stickiness is gone but unfortunately the black scuffing is actually the leather wearing down. It’s getting way worse. Very very disappointing. ... show more

After using the Spigen Slim Armor CS case for years, they didn’t make it for the new iPhone 16 series (much to my dismay). After trying 4 other heavy/bulky card holder cases, I finally found the perfect one! The Bellroy is admittedly expensive, much more than I am used to spending on a case, but worth it.
