    • MOH/Rebound Headaches/Migraines, This is the Answer!
I just can't say enough good things about this supplement!! I always leave reviews but I wanted to leave this one in particular because someone else may be suffering with rebound headaches or MOH in addition to their migraines and if you are, you should know that you are not alone and this stuff CAN HELP! I am a migraine sufferer who has tried many different natural supplements and none have worked. In addition, I was dealing with regular migraines which I take prescription medication for, accompanied by one or two DAILY rebound or MOH headaches, which are medication induced headaches as a side effect of taking Excedrin. I started taking Excedrin as a way to eliminate migraine and headache discomfort a little over a year ago. I started preferring Excedrin over my prescription meds whenever I had a headache or a mild migraine because it didn't make me sleepy like the prescription did. Basically, over time, I didn't realize that I was getting headaches whenever I didn't have any Excedrin Migraine in my system (about every 8 to 10 hours) plus a full blown migraine would happen a couple of times each week. This made me miserable and I had no idea what was going on. I began to do my own research separate from my neurologist, in order to take control of my own health. I also started keeping a migraine journal using an app on my phone, which ended up being a great way to track what was happening. Once I realized what was happening, and that over half of my headaches were rebound headaches, I started looking for something natural again. I wanted something to make it easier for me to get through the severe headaches and migraines while I was also trying to wean myself off of the Excedrin Migraine. I decided to go cold turkey away from the Excedrin and I immediately threw it in the trash. I changed my diet to eliminate pork and beef, decreased my dairy, increased my vegetables and stuck with only a little poultry and seafood for meat. I also increased my exercise, even when my head was hurting. I tried to do some type of physical activity since exercise has been shown to help. I began taking Migravent 3 times per day, one with every meal. I knew that I shouldn't expect results for at least a month but I was determined to try. Well, I had almost immediate results! I couldn't believe it!! In fact, I definitely didn't believe it! I started taking it on a Monday and I saw a difference by Tuesday. I had been off of Excedrin for 2 days and the rebound headaches were so bad at that point that I was becoming physically sick with nausea and blurred vision! But within 24 hours of taking Migravent the headaches were almost completely relieved! I didn't believe there was any way a bunch of vitamins could be doing that and I didn't want to get my hopes up so I was in complete denial. Well, it's day 5 and I have no doubt that this stuff is the best thing that has ever happened to me and my headaches and migraines! I can not stress that enough! I'm sure that the other life adjustments didn't hurt,but I honestly believe this stuff was the main key to my improvement. If you are suffering with migraines you honestly have NOTHING TO LOSE! Try this stuff! It doesn't always give me 100% relief. Sometimes it just reduces the pain. Sometimes I still have to take one of my prescription migraine pills (not 2 pills like I was having to take before), but it definitely makes a difference. I'm still weaning off of the Excedrin so the headaches still try to attack around the clock. And I still do take my prescription medication but about 80% less than I did before. I want to give it 5 stars but I cant. I started taking this 3 times a day. Now after a week or so I noticed I was extremely tired, dazed, and unmotivated. Trouble thinking deeply or productively. Not sure why.... I cut back to 2 a day 1 in the morning and 1 before bed, which has helped with this. Others whom have commented on the product also said it has some what of a sedative effect... I don't like that which is why I gave the 4 star review... (IF YOU SUFFER FROM MIGRAINES READ THE FOLLOWING) This is my story, I'm 26 and I've suffered from migraines since I can remember. I always wake up in the morning with them never get them randomly in the day. I've been to enough doctors as well as had enough test to be fed up. When you are told nothing is wrong with you its all in your head it really ticks you off. Especially for anyone who as suffered from migraines. I read into some articles online stating a lot of migraine suffers whom snore, wake up a lot through out the night, wake up with migraines, and or toss an turn through out the night may have obstructed breathing. I'm not getting a CPAP machine it just aint happening for me. Willing to try basically anything in my range of affordability I figured id add these into my nightly ritual for migraine relief what the heck. I cant say these alone fixed my issue but I can safely say they have helped. I stacked these with Breathe right nasal strips, Mute nasal dilator, and a headache ease balm I rubbed on my temples, forehead, and back of neck before bed. Been over a few weeks close to a month and (knock on wood) I haven't had any extreme migraines since that have caused me to not be able to leave my bed or miss work etc. I have had headaches come on mid day but I believe those were stress related. Ive only had to use Excedrin once in the past month. Where I was getting 3-4 migraines a week. That's 1 a week for a month on average...... I figured id share my story because I know there has to be others like myself whom suffer from migraines. Is this a cure for me or anyone else probably not does it help. Yeah it does. If you are suffering like I was then I highly suggest reading into obstructed breathing being a cause for migraines especially if you wake up with them as I did. As well as maybe give my little trick a try. IT may help you like its helped me or it might not. Anything is worth a try if you are suffering and out of options. ... show more

    • Drastically helped reduce my headache amount!
I used to be completely healthy, only getting a migraine or headache very rarely, and painkillers used to work. About a year ago, all of that stopped and I began getting headaches daily, then they started turning into daily migraines, and then they began destroying my life. I spent every day in constant pain, from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to sleep. I fell into depression, and couldn't work or enjoy time with my partner or anyone. I couldn't leave my house. No one could figure out what happened to me. I went to doctor after doctor, struggling to just get to the office. I was put on antidepressants, and they caused awful side effects. And only seemed to make the headaches worse. I lived off Sumatriptan, despite it not doing a thing. No pain killer worked. I had no relief, except for THC which seemed to dull it a bit. I was a shell of what I used to be. But I couldn't live that way. I decided to try to go back to all natural. I removed my IUD, and stopped all medications cold turkey. I ordered this and it started working within a week. I still get my daily headaches, after two weeks of taking it. But I can function as a normal human being again. My headaches used to kill me as soon as I woke up, now I don't get them till around 530 or so. So, I can go to work, come home, and somewhat function. I hope the more I take the migravent, the more it will make a difference.
