Nothing lines up correctly and mine came with a broken hinge on the door and broken bracket on the back. It does look good when put together but you will have to Jerry rig it to make it all work. Would return it but it's too big to package back up and send back. Also top wooden piece was chipped in the corner as well.

So this is definitely a two person job, you can do it alone but it will take longer and u will need to find something like the wall or a chair to help you hold the other side like i did 😭 but overall besides that the instructions are pretty straight forward you have to look at the picture though and pay attention if not youll have to go back and redo it which will be more frusterating so pay close attention! The cage itself is sturdy i have two pugs and they like to play fight and what not and so far has resisted there biting and scratching… i guess my only complain would be the latch on the cage, you have to wiggle it alot to get it to open and close its a little rough but other than that its super secure it will definitely do the job 🙌🏻

Managed to put it together on the most part and it looks nice and decently sturdy for my small elderly dog, but it was a lot of hassle with the instructions.

The assembly is no cake walk, but the instructions are good. Did it with my husband and we are still together. The only issue I have is the locking bolts on the doors are super tight and I’m positive it’s a manufacturing thing, not a user error thing. But it works and I have no regrets. Looks polished and not cheap. I’m so glad I bought this!

The media could not be loaded. The wood part of the cage broke in three different places while putting it together. the holes also don’t line up so that makes everything that much more of a headache. We tried to see it through and put it together just for the super weak steel to snap like a cheap pencil. Complete waste of money.

I’m very happy overall. This is not for young puppies, dogs who have frequent accidents, or chewers. But it’s a nice looking way to maintain a secure crate in a home for the trained dog who only needs to use it occasionally.
