I’ll be honest, the camouflage finish is what first caught my attention. I spend a lot of time outdoors and camping, and almost every night vision device I looked at was plain black. I wanted something a little different, and this one looked much cooler to me. The camo also seems like it would blend in better around trees and wooded areas. They make a silver version too, but the camouflage was an easy choice for me. I’m definitely not a night vision expert, so I wasn’t expecting professional-level optics. It can be used during the day like regular digital binoculars, although distant objects do start to look a little pixelated. That didn’t bother me much because the infrared mode is really where this thing shines. I tested it in a completely dark wooded area at roughly 200 yards and could still see what was out there clearly enough to identify movement and objects. Another feature I didn’t expect to use so much is the built-in flashlight. It has both a steady beam and a flashing mode, which is genuinely useful while camping. It means one less flashlight to pack or keep track of. For this price, I don’t need it to be perfect. It looks great, works well in total darkness, and includes a few practical features that make sense for outdoor use. I’m very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable night vision device that doesn’t look like every other black model.

These night vision binoculars are great for watching wildlife and being outdoors at night. I like that you can see things in the dark and still get pictures when you spot something interesting. The battery has a good capacity, and the different features make them useful for camping, hunting, or just looking around outside at night. They’re easy to take along on outdoor trips, and I like having the option to record what I see instead of just looking at it. Overall, a solid choice for anyone who spends a lot of time outdoors.

I was impresses with the packaging and how well built it was. Took it out to the Blakeley battlefield ghost hunt. Mounted it to the tripod. It asked me to format the card several times which was frustrating. When it was on, the distance was unbelievable, had to be a solid mile to the other side of the tree line. From the viewer it was crystal clear even in darkness. Also a note, it has full spectrum if you need it during the day!! Impressive! When I got home, I wanted to get the flash card out, and it was difficult to grab, had to get tweezers. When I reviewed the video, it was not as sharp as I would have liked, grainy. I went to put the flash card back in and it was difficult. It ended up falling inside the camera, lost it. So it gets returned. I do want to say though, I like the way the control buttons are lit up at night. Also a very nice case for it. Maybe it was just the camera, I really liked it. If they could work on the video quality and the flash card slot, I would really like to try again.

Totally worthless and overpriced. My phone camera has better video quality and zoom than this VisioGear, NTX3, 4K Night Vision Binoculars, so does my dashcam. They advertise the device as a 4K camera, but the quality is more 1080p, and the zoom is supposed to reach 1384 feet, but the furthers I could zoom-in on an object was only 100 feet away, my phone can do better. The night vision is not all that great either, which is the mean feature for buying this thing, otherwise, I would just use my phone's camera. I have dashcams with better night vision than this, and much smaller than the NTX3. All-in-all, this is just a glorified phone camera housed inside in an oversized plastic casing. If Amazon would have allowed me access to the negative revues before buying it, which they have now granted me, too late, I would have never bought this worthless device.

I fully tested these out. I’m a millennial so I’m not someone who doesn’t know how to use technology that being said these are very easy to use to all the people who have had problems with the SD card fallen in didn’t have that problem myself personally. so maybe you had bad batches another fun fact, though I did notice on these was that the SD card logo that shows you the right way to put the actual SD card in is wrong it’s upside down. All I had to do was flip the SD card upside down and put it in a slot and it works fine to everyone saying it wouldn’t read or right wrong it works. My main gripe with this as should be a lot of peoples is the Zoom the zoom is digital, which means it only crops and you’re not actually zooming in physically another gripe I have is the focus ring on the actual camera. The lens is not so much finicky but way too easily able to be blown out or blurred leaving your images or your video looking like pixelated garbage . Another problem from using these is the IR settings are great and all but at the end of the day you’re not seeing more than maybe about 100 feet in front of you before even the brightest settings fall off . I tested these on a couple of wood trails where there was literally no street lights whatsoever. The quality is definitely better than a lot of the other brands and obviously at the time of writing this i got them on sale for $59.99 so you can’t complain there this is also why I titled this set your expectations accordingly they’re OK if you just wanna spot some raccoons in your backyard from your porch and have all your lights off great for that, but by far my biggest gripe with these is the field of you, the field of view of these is like having your eyes with your hands, cupped over them, and then trying to look through and at the end of the day not really having much of a peripheral awareness of what’s around you and one of the other glaring problems with these is they’re sold as binoculars but you do not hold these up to your face whatsoever. If you hold these up to your face, you will literally just see pixels. They’re meant to be held out away from your face probably about a foot or so that was my experience using these and thoroughly testing them as for any kind of water resistance. I wouldn’t even chance it with a light mist . A for effort great packaging but when it comes to execution, definitely wouldn’t recommend these if you’re not looking to do anything more than just some fun little backyard critter spotting or more importantly just wanna play around in your backyard. The quality is plastic, which is to be expected the buttons and the screen or actually a pretty good quality feels like it weighs about maybe a pound and a half to 2 pounds in the hand comes with a lanyard, SD card and all that other fun stuff but so long as you adjust your expectations, you should be mildly happy with these.

I took these outside with my kids to see what we could find around the house after dark, and it ended up being much more fun than I expected. We first spotted a small gecko moving along the wall and followed it for a while. Then the kids noticed a couple of slugs slowly crawling nearby. One of them stretched out so far that none of us could figure out what it was at first. The kids were completely fascinated watching these tiny animals move around when everything would normally be hidden in the dark. One feature I really appreciate is the viewing screen. These are not like military-style night vision goggles where you have to press your eyes tightly against an eyepiece. They use an LCD screen that you can view comfortably from a short distance, more like looking at a phone or small computer screen. That made it easy for me and the kids to look at the same thing together instead of passing the device back and forth and trying to explain what we had seen. The night vision picked up even these small animals clearly enough for us to follow their movements. We also had fun taking pictures and recording short videos so the kids could look at everything again afterward and show other family members. I originally bought these for home security because we kept hearing noises and noticing animals passing around the house at night. Now the kids are the ones asking to take them outside every evening. The device is light enough for them to hold comfortably under my supervision, and the shared LCD screen makes it easy for us to explore together. At this point, I usually have to remind the kids that I bought it for security, because they seem to think it belongs to them now.

Better than I expected. Sat out on the porch at night when it's pitch black all around me. Turned it on and could clearly see everything all around me. Having built in rechargeable batteries was a plus for me instead of continually replacing dead batteries. If you are into night vision, this is the item for you.
