The brace is easy to put on & take off. It does support one's back & helps keep the back straight while lifting or when seated at work that tends to make one slouch. It's fairly easy to get it centered over the spine. I'm 5'9" & 115lbs. The "medium" size worked for me.

After straining my back, this has improved my back while also helping with sitting posture. Comes true to size and maybe a little tight for some, so order accordingly. It squeezes your stomach and back to relieve any pain. Wear it over clothing or else it will leave red marks on the skin and be uncomfortable. The only nit-pick I have is that when you tighten it, there is no way to attach the extra strap if they had extended the velcro, which would have been nice.

This back brace is helpful, it keeps my lower back straight, and I don’t feel any pain when I use it.
