Purchased this for my son’s twin bed. The fit was perfect, nice and snug but easy to put over mattress. The value is great, was the best quality for the best price I could find while comparing several sellers. My son says it is comfy and soft and keeps him cool throughout the night

We purchased a Sci-Fi Mattress from Rooms To Go 3 years ago. Supposed to be the up and coming mattress. Well it wasn't, and they don't carry it anymore go figure. I really didn't want to spend another $1,500 just yet but could not sleep very well on it. It was a medium to firm but lacked back support. We purchased the 3 Inch King Size Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper for $150 from Amazon. However, that didn't work either as we would sink in and felt uneven. Back to the drawing board. So tried this Bamboo Cooling Topper and WOW!!! It was super comfortable, cool and most of all very supportive to the lower back and side sleeping. Highly recommend this topper and am buying one for each of our guest bedrooms.

I'm going to list things I found about my topper. Some of you have much different experiences than I. First for the negatives. 1) Mine is not 2 inches thick. It's closer to 1 1/4 in the high spots and flattens out so much that I feel no difference in comfort with or without it on the bed. 2) It has no "cooling" properties and is actually very warm. 3) It does not completely cover my Queen size mattress. 4) The top is only made of 40% bamboo material and everything else is polyester. For the positives....... 1) It is very soft to the touch. 2) It seems well made. That's it. I would not personally purchase this item again and I hope this helps anyone looking at purchasing this item.

I bought a new bed online and it was more firm than I realized. My back and neck were hurting since I'm not use to how firm it is. It feels awkward sleeping on it and I can only sleep on my back and right side. I bought this pillow top cover and I feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. I can sleep on my left side without it hurting and it's just overall comfortable. I did not have any neck or back pain when I used this cover. Def recommend.

This mattress topper (queen) is comfortable and I really appreciate that it is organic. Overall, it is really helping my sleep. I had to wash it twice before using to get rid of the 'new' smell. The reason for fewer stars is because...and I know this might sound a bit funny, but the logo appears in many places across the mattress topper and shows through the sheets (I use white and light-colored sheets). I feel they could have placed the logo once, much smaller, in the bottom corner or on a tag instead of the logo being 'tiled' across the entire mattress cover. I got the light green style because it looked so soothing and was a little less expensive, and it's more the lettering of the logos that shows through my white sheets. The faint light green color of the overall mattress cover is not as much of a deal breaker (though in the future I will likely get white), so much as the Bamboo logo which the font shows through the white sheets. The mattress cover is comfortable though so it is okay for now, but hopefully this will help others :) Update: I added one star because the company contacted me and offered great customer service. I still wish the logo was not so prominent, but I do appreciate the kindness, so happy to add one more star. Be well and sleep easy! :)
