My nephew absolutely loves this thing—he picked it up in minutes and hasn’t stopped “performing” since. We’ve used it at home, he’s brought it to school for music class, and it even held up during a small family gathering where he put on a mini concert. The companion app is a nice bonus too, especially the teaching mode with tons of songs that keep him entertained and learning. For something so portable and easy to use, it delivers way more value and fun than I expected. Be sure to calibrate properly with the speaker unit directly in front of you. I found it best at between waist and lower chest level sitting on a hard surface, otherwise it's muffled. Once you get used to where everything is located it works great. I'm so impressed by how much sound the little speaker puts out. The foot attachments are tricky, but once you get a feel for how they work, they work very well. The drumsticks are on the large side, but not heavy. I'm really blown away by the accuracy of the sound and can't wait to see how long they last. One small critique is that each individual unit must be charged, and the unit only came with one double charging chord. Also, no power brick was included but I had several lying around so it wasn't a big deal for me. I also had some extra USB-C chords lying around so I was able to charge everything at once. All-in-all it’s a great product when you cannot afford nor have the room for a real set of drums.

I recently got this Virtual Air Drum Set and it’s been a blast to mess around with! The sticks feel surprisingly light and responsive, and the built-in speaker really makes it easy to jam along with songs. The glowing lights give it a fun vibe and make playing super immersive, especially at night. Setup was straightforward and I was drumming in minutes, which is great since I’m not very technical. The storage bag is handy too — I can easily toss it in and carry it around or stash it without things getting tangled. Overall, it’s been a fun way to try out drumming without needing a full drum kit.

do not get these with the expectations of a half decent solution to an electronic drum set. this would be an awesome gift for a little kid going full ham just to make drum noises. this is a toy, plain amd simple. it is not a musical instrument. i ended up returning.

This feels like drumming in the future, although it will probably not replace real drums - yet. It takes a little time to get it calibrated, but once you do you can have a blast banging on imaginary drums. It's a good size, and comes with a nice carry case. It seemed well made, and I expect it to last for many years (or at least until the battery wears out). Every single person who saw it wanted to try it out, so that's a nice endorsement of the product. The sound quality was good, although I'm not a musician. But it sounded great to me.

I’d say don’t waste your money, but considering they are “no longer available” , you probably won’t have an opportunity to make the same mistake. This doesn’t calibrate correctly. You can hit in the exact same spot 5 times in a row and have 3 different sounds in the process. Very disappointing to give to my grandkids and see the disappointment as they realize it’s never going to work.
