Husband took these for 6 months and cut out caffeine and alcohol. He ate healthy and went to the gym 3 times a week. He also took generic cheap men's dailies just for his own health. Tried after his... "cleanse" and had a huge baby who fits size 12 clothes at 1 month old and has absolutely zero issues. Little guy is strong as an ox. I myself have never drank in my life, I am 26 now and he is 30. So I am also in good health. We will continue taking these for assurance for the next baby- I am pleased with how things turned out. You can't just take a pill and treat yourself poorly, it takes a healthy lifestyle to improve your odds. I just think this is a great boost, especially with studies on CoQ10 and L-Carnitine helping sperm repair. Look up effects of alcohol and obesity on sperm count and health- you probably won't like the results. I didn't give up my one coffee a day- couldn't help it 😂 but clearly it was fine.

First off, I would just like to say, as a male struggling with fertility issues and trying to lose some extra weight, I came across this Virnoux Male Fertility supplement and thought about giving it a shot to see if it would help me in any way possible to better myself and help boost my abilities as well as take advantage of the possible health benefits that this product has to offer. Struggling with a few health issues, I decided to look into this product and see if it might be of some use to me and from what I've read, others believe if it works at all, at best it may offer some health benefits to assist with weight loss and increase immune system function. This in turn may help create a healthier body, and maybe boost the health of the little guys inside in my attempts to pro-create. I figured, it was worth a shot and thus far, after being on this product for about 10 days at this point, I have noticed some slight changes in energy and my ability to rest better when sleeping, and a little less joint and muscle pains (inflammation) while I've been utilizing this product. Whether it is helping in other ways, I am unsure, as the purpose is to help create a healthier body for healthier sperm, which is what I am in need of, but I can say I did notice some difference, and good ones at that. So, validity on the claims of sperm health, and other offerings, I cannot conform or deny whether it is doing anything at this point, but I can say that the slight boost in energy is a nice feeling as I normally struggle with sleep and always feel sluggish. I lack the normal T levels a man of my age should have at minimum and that is a disadvantage already, but this supplement seems to provide something called "L-Carnitine" which attempts to take body fat and burn it, in turn creating energy for the body to help go about its daily business. This alone is a benefit for me to want to keep taking this product. Along with some other antioxidants included, I noticed that I feel like I have a bit more of a sharper mind. Meaning I feel like I remember things easier, can multitask a little better and think a little more clearer. Maybe its from the better sleep since I am doing a lot more with that boost in energy, allowing me to get the proper rest when I finally sleep, or some other explanation from what is included in the ingredients this product has to offer, but regardless of what it is, something is helping me live my life a little easier, now if it could only help me with the fertility aspects as it claims, it will be the perfect companion to keep me going. My only real dislike about this product is how many capsules that have to be taken for a single dose. 3 capsules, about average pill size, are to be taken once a day and it is recommended to take with a light meal to prevent stomach discomfort. Personally, I don't eat before taking medicine or vitamins, and I haven't noticed any real stomach issues with these capsules. And unlike many other supplements that leave a weird taste in your mouth, these do not have that typical saw dust taste, or aftertaste. In fact, I don't think I can taste anything when I take these capsules and they are easy enough to swallow. In my attempts to better myself so I can father a child someday, I am trying every effort I can to simplify my chances and so far this product has helped me see some benefits. Hopefully, it continues to work in other ways as the research suggests and can help my boys pack that punch I need to help me bring a mini me into this world. I would recommend this product simply on the fact that there is nothing to lose, everything to gain and if you're looking for a decent health booster for an affordable price, this has many of the benefits needed in daily life for a guy to stay strong and push forward.
