Purchased this product a year ago for my son for Christmas. Almost a year to the date of purchase, it stopped working. Luckily I purchased an Asurion Protection Plan. However it has been the biggest pain in the butt to file claim. Still working on it-three days later and probably 4+ hours on the phone between Amazon and Asurion---not much help.

We purchased this PC for our 12 year old daughter who’s been a gamer for years! She had one prior to this and she couldn’t play the games she loves or connect with her friends on it and through her Oculus. This PC has been amazing! Was well packaged and no damages! Arrived quickly and upon opening heard a scrubbing when powered on. Checked all fans and couldn’t find where it was coming from. Next day contacted support and he was very nice and answered and responded to questions and concern respectfully. During our conversation and counting of fans noticed one that you have to be sitting down to see or looking upside down under it and immediately seen the problem. The protective stuffing had pushed the cable up barely touching the fan and was causing the issue. He told me I could pull some slack out gently and that the cables are surprisingly long just tucked behind the white side panel. Did just that and problem solved! Have had one extremely happy little girl that has had zero issues connecting to steam, her Oculus, and other high rated games! Definitely a amazing PC to purchase for gaming and other needs! The company (seller) is amazing and if I could I’d give them 100 stars!!!!!!

After a long wait due to my package being lost in transit, I finally received my PC....DOA. Shipped to me with a bad graphics card, The HDMI input and 2 of the 3 display port inputs did not work at all, no signal. 1 of the display ports had a signal, but delivered a screen covered in pixilation and green lines through everything. (Yes, I tested on 3 monitors and with 6 different cables...1000% a bad graphics card.) This is interesting, however, because according to the included checklist, Joshua, JB, and Tony each thoroughly tested the machine before it shipped. So, if you take comfort in receiving a testing checklist I would not trust any from these guys as they are clearly pencil-whipped. STAY AWAY. DO NOT BUY…photos for reference.

Product came 2 days earlier than expected. The outer Amazon box was battered up a bit, which worried me. But when I unboxed the manufacturer's box, the PC was well secured and protected with space fillers. They even protected the inside of the PC with a space filler. Really pretty with the lights on too. You get a QR code that links you to a detailed but short instructions to set it up. Very easy to follow for all levels. Internet wifi is really slow with this PC though, but it was like that for my old PC. It's probably because of my router but... we'll see. Update: there are no Bluetooth drivers.. I am checking the device manager, and the Bluetooth is not even showing. I've tried troubleshooting, but it can't even find the Bluetooth radio. I'm thinking about returning it if I don't figure this out. It's weird that a PC was built with no Bluetooth drivers.. Update on my update: Just get a Bluetooth USB for $10 on Amazon, I guess. Bluetooth works now! It's just annoying that it's taking up a USB port space now.

When I first received the system, it had a faulty power supply, the 12V rail was only putting out 8.27V, which caused random shutdowns. I reached out to ViprTech, and they were responsive and helpful. I ended up replacing the PSU myself, and they offered a $70 partial refund to cover the cost. Since the new PSU was installed, the computer has been rock-solid. Great performance for the price, and it’s good to know the company stands behind their builds and works with you when issues come up.
