The only issue I had was that my product key was showing as incorrect, I was able to email ViprTech support and one of their customer service representatives named Colin dealt with the issue in a prompt professional manner. I would 100% recommend this pc for anyone who wants a solid mid range pc at a great price!

Should have read other reviews… The unboxing was nice, well packed. Ended there. I plugged in my WORKING monitor into the GPU as directed, plugged in the power.. Fans turned on, power light on, no display…. Waited still nothing. I didn’t *think* I needed to read the directions on how to turn a PC on (I am a CompTIA A+ Certified IT technician.. and Computer Science degree — this later REALLY helps). I scanned the QR code on my phone and it had.. of all things.. an area on how to troubleshoot a brand new computer, which I thought was ODD. Nevertheless I opened the case and started my troubleshooting I do with any PC.. I made sure the GPU was secure.. it was. Then onto the RAM, took one module out and it TURNED ON…. Ok. First thing I noticed when it was turned on…. NO OUT OF BOX EXPERIENCE which is VERY ODD. *RED FLAG* (why? Because that is a great way to sideload any software a company desires). Any new computer.. or even used one should come with an OOBE, it’s a much more secure way to provide the end user the best experience…. I turned off the PC and swapped the RAM module out with the one which worked… the PC again booted just fine.. Swapped the RAM sticks again… booted again… this tells me the physical RAM slot on the motherboard is defective… on a PASSED computer………r i g h t……… So I am passing on the PC for sure. Hardware issue instantly and then no OOBE, another bad sign… Please do yourself a favor and get a different PC!!!!

This machine is a powerhouse—AMD Ryzen 5 5600, RTX 3060 12GB, 32GB DDR4 RAM, and a blazing fast 1TB NVMe SSD. Everything from high-end gaming and VR to streaming and multitasking runs effortlessly. It's fast, quiet, and looks amazing with the clean white case and RGB lighting. But what really sets this experience apart is the after-sales support. After two years of daily use, I ran into a hardware issue and didn’t expect any help since I was well past the warranty window. Still, I reached out—and Matt from customer service at ViprTech went above and beyond. He helped me troubleshoot and resolve the issue with patience and professionalism. That level of support this far down the line is rare and truly appreciated :) If you’re considering buying this PC, buy with confidence. If you want to use more than one monitor, make sure you get a display port to HDMI adapter. It only has one usable HDMI port. It comes with a basic Wi-Fi dongle. The only thing I find a little annoying is that the lights are controlled with a button on top of the case. The button is right next to another button that just stops the computer dead and restarts it, and the labels are hard to see. I have to really get on top of it and make sure I'm pressing the right button each time. There are also limited light options. I don't love most of the options and wish it came with software to control it instead. There is also no option to turn the lights off as far as I'm aware, so if you leave your PC on the room is going to be pretty bright.

Very excited to get my first PC, I don’t know much about computers so I was kind of going in blind with buying this one. It looked good, the stats seemed good in it from what I could tell so I bought it and an entire setup along with it. I’ve sat down at this computer for a total of 5 hours and it’s crashed for half of them. My girlfriend was doing homework and it just went black and didn’t come back for hours. When it did my displays were all messed up and spent 2 hours fixing that and then it crashes. I’m very frustrated and I regret purchasing this pc

Completely honest review here. This is my first time ever getting a pc. Package came in time, no damages. I was a little bit weary because as you can probably tell the reviews here aren’t very great. When the of arrived I plugged everything in and hooked it to my dell monitor. There was no hdmi signal on the monitor. It took about 3 hours of plugging and unplugging before I called support. There was no answer however, I emailed them and sent pictures of everything. Colin got back to me quickly the next morning as I had emailed past closing. All I had to do was report the cpu which had came unplugged during shipping, and switch ram stick location. Boom! This pc runs beautifullyyyyy. So quiet and efficient. Highly recommended.

Worked well for the first four months, then constant crashing with full restarts. Left a support ticket with ViprTech for help, and have not gotten any reply. Been replacing parts one by one to try and fix it myself - don’t waste your money.
