Should have read other reviewsā¦ The unboxing was nice, well packed. Ended there. I plugged in my WORKING monitor into the GPU as directed, plugged in the power.. Fans turned on, power light on, no displayā¦. Waited still nothing. I didnāt *think* I needed to read the directions on how to turn a PC on (I am a CompTIA A+ Certified IT technician.. and Computer Science degree ā this later REALLY helps). I scanned the QR code on my phone and it had.. of all things.. an area on how to troubleshoot a brand new computer, which I thought was ODD. Nevertheless I opened the case and started my troubleshooting I do with any PC.. I made sure the GPU was secure.. it was. Then onto the RAM, took one module out and it TURNED ONā¦. Ok. First thing I noticed when it was turned onā¦. NO OUT OF BOX EXPERIENCE which is VERY ODD. *RED FLAG* (why? Because that is a great way to sideload any software a company desires). Any new computer.. or even used one should come with an OOBE, itās a much more secure way to provide the end user the best experienceā¦. I turned off the PC and swapped the RAM module out with the one which workedā¦ the PC again booted just fine.. Swapped the RAM sticks againā¦ booted againā¦ this tells me the physical RAM slot on the motherboard is defectiveā¦ on a PASSED computerā¦ā¦ā¦r i g h tā¦ā¦ā¦ So I am passing on the PC for sure. Hardware issue instantly and then no OOBE, another bad signā¦ Please do yourself a favor and get a different PC!!!!

We purchased this PC for our 12 year old daughter whoās been a gamer for years! She had one prior to this and she couldnāt play the games she loves or connect with her friends on it and through her Oculus. This PC has been amazing! Was well packaged and no damages! Arrived quickly and upon opening heard a scrubbing when powered on. Checked all fans and couldnāt find where it was coming from. Next day contacted support and he was very nice and answered and responded to questions and concern respectfully. During our conversation and counting of fans noticed one that you have to be sitting down to see or looking upside down under it and immediately seen the problem. The protective stuffing had pushed the cable up barely touching the fan and was causing the issue. He told me I could pull some slack out gently and that the cables are surprisingly long just tucked behind the white side panel. Did just that and problem solved! Have had one extremely happy little girl that has had zero issues connecting to steam, her Oculus, and other high rated games! Definitely a amazing PC to purchase for gaming and other needs! The company (seller) is amazing and if I could Iād give them 100 stars!!!!!!

I bought this 14 months ago for $820 This is overall a pretty good PC to have, and its worth the $820. It is now $900 and i think that is a little overvalued. I'd say its a medium to high graphics wise. You can run 4k on it somewhat well, but if you want higher frames it can run 1440p great Using 4k and medium/high graphics it can get 20-60 fps depending on the game Using 1440p and max graphics at 50-120fps depending on the game Using 1080p and max graphics it can reach 240fps The CPU and RAM are sufficient enough and rarely get maxed when gaming for me. The PSU is a bit weak for my multi monitor setup, as it can struggle with 3 monitors, and cannot do 4. How has it lasted in 14 months? So far, It has held up pretty well. The main thing is as the pc has aged the "warmup time" has been longer. I now have to wait around 5 minuets before the pc actually runs fast and smooth, but other than that it runs fine. The cpu fan can also be a little noisy upon the first minute of startup, bit it always goes away. The pc can pick up a good amount of dist in a few months, but the glas panel makes it easy to clean out. It has 3 display ports and 1 hdmi port, many usb ports, an Ethernet port, and wifi receptors. the wifi receptors are decent but not good competitive games, i usually plug in Ethernet. It has an easy setup, all you do is plug it in and it's ready. It has allot of buttons on the top that do different things like color changing, Overall, this is a good pc for the price i got it at it. It does have some small issues, which brings it down from 5 stars. Rating: 4 Stars

I bought this PC a little under a year and a half ago, and honestly I love it. Itās able to handle all the games I play, and it hasnāt had any major issues since I bought it. The only issue I had was that my product key was showing as incorrect, I was able to email ViprTech support and one of their customer service representatives named Colin dealt with the issue in a prompt professional manner. I would 100% recommend this pc for anyone who wants a solid mid range pc at a great price!

This pc worked perfectly fine for the first 6 months!. Now it won't stop crashing,lag and I'm pretty sure that the information given is definitely not what I got? It says ryzen 7 but I got a 5 for the 899$ one. I'm very disappointed please don't waste your money on this trashš«©.

Terrible computer. The operating system worked decent and held up with most of what my son needed it for. Unfortunately, the computer began to shut down randomly. We contacted their customer support and began the repair process. The night before sending the computer in, I figured out that the connections for the USB ports on the top side of the computer must have been shorting out, shutting down the computer. Every time I moved the connection, it restarted. I told the team and they said they would relay the information. We sent it in and a few days later got notified that they were finished and sending it back. Once we received the computer they stated that the computer was overheating and replaced the CPU/GPU (not sure which one). Go figure, I wiggled the USB ports, and computer restarts. Now the computer will not send video through to the monitor.

I bought this to play the sims lmao. But itās so nice! There was an issue with the case; they were out of the white case for the ghost, so they contacted me and I opted to get a white avalanche case instead. I got a different wi-fi adapter and updated the computer and now itās working great! Itās fast and quiet and gorgeous! Itās crazy to see the speed difference from this compared to my 9 year old macbook. Canāt wait to use it more!
