Absolutely would suggest this bathing suit. I tried 2 different colors. I'm 5'5 and 175 lbs. I am usually in-between L and XL in Women's or size 12-14 in pants. I love them. They're so cute and I feel covered but also sexy! If you want a little more space, go for the XL, if you're okay with tight (I'm loosing weight) stay w/ L. Happy with my purchase! I chose a size Medium. I’m curvy in the “caboose” 5’4, 175lbs, size 38D; I’m stylish & I wear clothes for my body type.. meaning I have a mom belly that my outfits conceal. I usually wear a size medium/large in tops depending on the outfit for the day. I personally don’t care for a swim suit that doesn’t hold it all in, but I’m comfortable wearing spanx all day so you be the judge. The material is nice and the one shoulder is right up my alley. I gave it 4 stars for the color which appears to be a true orange (my favorite color) in the photos, yet a bit on the neon side in person. I like the slight neon look though!
