I bought this full size violin kit for my 12-yr old son. He has been using it for almost a month now. We have been very happy with the quality and value for the price! The solid wood construction has a warm and rich tone with a beautiful finish. The sound is clear and resonant, especially after tuning and playing it in. The full size also fits him well. One thing I wanted to mention is that the tuner comes with the kit, which makes it easy to tune. The pegs hold tuning well once properly adjusted. It also has everything that a player need, the bow, extra string, rosins, the tuner, and the shoulder rest. My son says it is very comfortable to play with the shoulder rest. The protective case is lightweight but well-padded. Overall, this is a great all-in-one violin kit. As for any other violin, make sure to rosin the bow well before playing, and spend some time to tune the strings properly. I would recommend this for anyone looking for an affordable but great violin!

Very affordable and perfect for beginners! It comes with every you need to get started on learning violin and more, like a shoulder rest, rosin, and tuner. The extra strings and fingering stickers are a nice touch too. Overall, great value product for the price.

We received this today and were very disappointed. It says it comes ready to play out of the box but ours did not. After spending an hour trying to install the strings with no directions or help we are sadly going to send it back. This was a very frustrating experience.

We received the violin fast 3 days shipment,free. Box wasn't properly secured, tape was mostly hanging by itself. Violin wasn't tuned, and not rosined. G string was loosely hanging, when tried to tune the string broke. There wasn't another G string in the extra strings. So, we didn't start play as was describe. Couldn't fine how to contact the seller yet. Over all, my daughter likes how is look, and light violin, good wood, other strings looks like good ,too. Good for beginners, value for the money spend.

Bought this violin for myself and started to learn from the internet right after I got this violin. First of all, the violin is ready to use and everything was set up perfectly for you. For me, this means a lot since I have no experience with violin at all. The whole set has everything you need for violin, so you don’t have to worry about purchasing other things to learn. Tuning pegs don't keep the string in tune. Bow broke immediately out of the package. Get what ya pay for...had hoped this would be a nice little starter for my kiddo.
